Good afternoon! I heard about the almost unlimited loyalty of Latvia in issuing Schengen visas. Even the website is very simple. But what about in reality? Who was recently? Are there queues? How is the application procedure in general, are there any peculiarities? We have an invitation from the General. organizations - 4 days (Latvia) and 4-5 days we travel around Estonia, Lithuania, by ferry to Sweden. Do they need to bring bookings for the ferry or transit hotels, if their website states that without a guarantee of accommodation - 45 euros / day, with a guarantee - 15 euros. I understand correctly, if I show a card with a good amount available, then you can not book in advance ;-) Very interesting, thanks!

According to the Embassy of Latvia, I am "not Copenhagen" ... But since there are no answers for Latvia, I can answer for the Estonian Embassy :) When we applied last year, we fully indicated hotel reservations in Riga for 2 nights, in Tallinn for 4 nights and in Vilnius - 3 night. Certificates from work, bank statements - we always apply for any Schengen visas :) We also provided a copy of the registration certificate for the car, green cards and a driver's license.
