"Life" in Turkey in roaming issues packages of 5 minutes for 15 hryvnia ... in portions ... that is, by dialing a Ukrainian number you can call immediately .. but 15 hryvnia is charged immediately and 5 hryvnia is issued for calls. I went through 5 minutes, 15 hryvnias are still removed and 5 minutes are given.
