We want to get from Orlando to Miami, we don’t want to rent a car, because even with a GPS navigator it’s difficult to travel around the city. What are the options, train, bus?

The option with a car and a GPS navigator is the easiest. There is no better place, honestly! There's a ride of 300 miles, no more. For those who have experience of driving in the former USSR, driving in the USA is a pleasure!
"Running around the city" is not so difficult even for 16-year-old American teenagers;)
All that difficulties for you - study the rules for driving intersections in the USA (there are differences from ours).
The second easiest way is by plane. There are a lot of them ...
