To Sharm, I don’t know why no one remembered about the ferry to Hurghada, so it’s definitely in charm. It’s closer to St. Catherine, the colorful canyon and to Jordan, Israel (from Hurghada only by air), and there are much fewer tours from Hurghada. If If you go in winter, it’s not so windy in Sharm and a couple of degrees warmer, and it gets dark early in winter (everywhere), but it will be more fun in Sharm.
