Opening an agency does not mean making money. You will never sell a tour if you don't know about hotels, prices, etc. First you need knowledge, which is very expensive. For example, every month (!) I allocate from 4 to 7 days for a trip to some country in order to inspect hotels. This is an expensive pleasure, but without this you will not sell tours for a long time. The second is communication skills, the ability to consider what the client needs and, most importantly, be able to sell him exactly what he needs, and not what he wants. The client in 70% of cases is mistaken in the choice and our duty is to convince him of this, so that he comes satisfied with the money spent and the rest for them. Otherwise, you will always be an unrated regular agency that no one knows about. There is much more that can be said. Everything is not as simple as it seems at first glance. And you can open. And then very soon close the same, spending money and time.

You misunderstood me. A license is required today. I think you should read the law "On Tourism " from 15.09.95 № 324/95-VR and RESOLVED VU from July 4, 2001. N 756 in the latest edition and go to the website of the State Service for Tourism and Resorts.
