It doesn’t make sense to fly so far for just a week (I mean the Dominican Republic). Do not forget that these are completely different time zones and it will take a couple of days to adapt. Moreover, the flight itself is not easy. You need to fly there for at least 10 days. Based on this, 1500 Euros will not be enough.
