It is worth buying early booking tours now: the unstable situation in Ukraine
Hello!
I have a question for the people of Ukraine. Does anyone buy tours abroad early booking, designed for the summer? I always planned my vacation in advance, and now, due to the unstable situation in Ukraine, I don’t know what to do. I would like to hear the opinion of people who are not interested in selling tours.

We are not yet. We think, we plan, we select a hotel, but we are not in a hurry to book ... Let everything settle down a little ... The exchange rate is unstable, and the situation as a whole ...

Kind of anxious in my heart. I wouldn't buy now (didn't pay). Although she herself has redeemed non-refundable air tickets for two trips.
As previously discussed here, the cost of early booking is not much different from the cost of 2-3 weeks.

Non-refundable tickets - but you can reschedule dates on them.
Early booking - there are many sites where the advance payment is 10%.

Early booking - there are many sites where the advance payment is 10%. - you can "get" with the dollar. You will have to pay extra at the rate of the day of redemption.
My opinion is I wouldn't rush. Judging by how Egypt and Tai are now burning.

Can I "get" with the dollar exchange rate?
You will need to pay at the rate of the day of redemption.
No, we usually pay extra - when it's convenient for us.

It's not even an unstable situation.
I have always been a strong opponent of early booking. There is nothing dumber than buying a tour six months in advance and then praying for six months that nothing happens: neither illness of yourself or your family, or anything else, for example, rescheduling a vacation or an urgent business trip. Almost everyone recognizes the insignificant benefit of RB, and it happens that RB is even more expensive than buying a tour a month or a couple of weeks before departure.

A1122 writes that they always booked in advance.
Sigur62, if you are categorically against early booking, then this is probably not your question.
I understand that everyone who does not consider early booking stupidity has gathered here. And they understand the risks. Hope everything goes well as usual!
Good luck to all of us and have a good rest!

My friend, who has her own small agency, does not advise her friends to take RB now

I am now booking everything and buying for the fall. BUT! Not with our agencies, but with foreign ones, and with a hryvnia card.
By the way, here they piled the RB from TO and the independent RB into one heap :))) So, the first ones definitely don’t make sense, and the second ones do. If only because you can make excellent armor without penalties. And this year, I think that prices for tours abroad will grow due to misunderstandings with the Crimea.

Yes, only the Sea of Azov and foreign countries remain.
I made an early booking last year for a May cruise. And about two days before departure, the most severe flu fell, the temperature was over 40. Everything fell apart.

Only facts. Last year, at the end of June, I took Turkey 8 days before departure. Now I looked at the same parameters (date, maintenance, days, departure, hotel) - the so-called early booking - the price is exactly TWO TIMES HIGHER! Draw your own conclusions.
The only advantage of RB is if you need 100% in a certain hotel, regardless of the prices.
P.S. Coral travel from Zaporozhye.

P.P.S. price in USD

yes, the crisis is not a crisis, but the hotels go to the stop. and in Moscow too.

It is clear that prices for Turkey, Bulgaria, maybe Greece and Montenegro will grow, demand will rise in connection with the Crimea.
