Holidays in Ukraine are from August 24-26 (we can take 2 days there/here). Well, two almost young)) people want to leave their children to their grandmothers and be alone away from work and the bustle of the city. Where to go?
So it would not be far (there is no point for such a period), without crazy heat, without excursions (well, you don’t offer a Weekend in Paris))), you want the sea and peace.
Already been in Egypt (2 times), in the UAE, Poland, Holland, Italy, Croatia (3 times).

1. Try Greece. Felting in Crete or Halkidiki. Of course, it is still hot, but there are many hotels with lots of greenery on the beaches. Seal rest is the most it. Well, the tours are not so expensive. Minus visa.
2.Valencia on Vizeira. If you are not embarrassed by the prices (and there are no cheap flights), then you can covet Spain.
3. Again, on Visas, you can simply fly to Italy - Milan, Venice, but, of course, you will have to drive a little more from these cities to the sea. But there are no tickets at good prices either :-(

You can travel to Cyprus with a multi-visa. A pro-visa is issued if there is no open Schengen and gives the right to a single entry to Cyprus for a period of 90 days, in your situation it is not needed, but August is the hottest period in Cyprus, in the shade up to +50.

IMHO, to fly for 4 days, two of them, consider spending on a flight ... You need something closer.
Didn't see Turkey on your list. The flight is short, the sea is excellent. The resorts of the west coast, and even better, the border of the Aegean and Mediterranean seas are a great option for two.

Arrange with the hotel about the "group" border crossing Adler - Leselidze / Gechripsh and transfer. Two incomplete days on the road (back and forth), but it's everywhere, no matter where you go ... Turkey was not considered, for me it is associated exclusively as a "children's vacation" and I put it off "for later", since our little ones just turned 4 and 2 years old, respectively. I think that even if you find a hotel without children, you definitely can’t avoid a fun company on an airplane, especially in the last days of August. I'm somehow not ready))) IMHO I judge solely on the basis of the behavior of my own daredevil.
