Why is the item "Through which operator the tour was bought through?" ??
After conducting my independent research (so to speak), I realized that the most unfortunate and ugly service (in Egypt for sure) is Tez Tour. You could greatly facilitate the search and selection if there was a mandatory filling line in the reviews - Tour Operator !!! I wish you growth!

read.
It is not that simple. First, we have hotel reviews. And the hotels do not care which operator brought you. Rather, we would need to introduce fields - a heated pool, animation score, baby food, etc.
Secondly, there is a CIS audience here, so operators may be inaccessible to someone.
Thirdly, the price. Different operators have different prices for hotels. And here you need to weigh the cost of risk.
Fourth, the situation is constantly changing. I changed the carrier operator and the situation changed dramatically.
Etc. etc.
Just understand correctly, we do not mind. It's just not that simple. Everything must have its functionality.

I support the previous one. Here are reviews of hotels, not tour operators, although Tez Tour is today considered one of the most expensive, but also the most reliable tour operators. But for me personally, it absolutely does not matter which operator to fly through. And the review for me is personally interesting not from the place when the tourist arrived and how he was settled, but from the place where the story is about life in the hotel (rooms, territory, food, animation, etc.). After all, only delivery to the hotel depends on the tour operator (you can go to the kraynyak and by taxi) and back. Everything else depends on the operator as much as it is best to negotiate everything yourself - cheaper, easier and faster. That's why I think it's not necessary to mention the operator in hotel reviews.

I was very surprised to read that Teztur was unsuccessful. As for me, the most proven and reliable, IMHO, of course, but verified on my own experience and the experience of (long-term) friends and acquaintances.

Tez Tour wrote about the mistakes not by hearsay. We did a lot of pre-trip preparations. I work in the risk assessment department, so I'm not saying anything unsubstantiated. 120 people from our flight lived in different hotels in Sharm El Sheikh. Before leaving, we organized a kind of operational exchange of views and observations. Only in one case did our fellow travelers see that the work of Tez-Tour representatives met the requirements! In our case, for 11 days of vacation, Tez-tour did not send 2 groups home on time, they delayed issuing a room to EVERYONE, the Representative is obliged to spend at the hotel at least 3 hours a day and publish all travel-related announcements on the stand at least 20 hours in advance! This is simply unacceptable . Active broadcasting of promotional materials has nothing to do with reliability.

everything is relative. Agree with what you wrote. But. Make such an analysis with other tour operators and compare with Tez Tour. Then it turns out that Tez is the best with all their shortcomings.
