Do I need a SCHENGEN without leaving the airport?
I now need to go to the 3rd country, but through any Schengen country (Esp., Ital., Dutch, Fr).
Question:
If I buy 2 SEPARATE tickets, Kyiv-Barsa-Kyiv and Barsa-Santiago-Barsa, do I need a Schengen visa?
Theoretically, I need it, because I check in my luggage to Barca, and from there I check in again for a flight to Santiago. Is it really so, after all, I don’t leave the aeroaorta?

You need a Schengen transit visa type A.
Or type B if you want to walk around the city.

and how much does it even cost? Is it necessary to arrange it in advance too? How quickly do they do it? and most importantly, the requirements are the same as for the usual?

Read about visas
http://www.espvac-ua.com/ukrainian/short_term.html
There is no type of visa called "transit" in the list of short-stay visas.
Transit visa category B was canceled in the year 2010, if memory serves.
But about category A visas, check with the consulate.

in Spain - they have no concept of a transit visa. there is just a short-term tourist.
I was in the same position, but I had a general ticket, and I decided not to leave the transit.
for the Spaniards, you will have to show the full package of documents for a week, for example. and do not care that in Spain you will spend only a couple of hours.

Please check with the Spanish Consulate - on their website (not on the website of the EC) it is said that citizens of certain countries need an airport transit visa - Ukraine is not on the list - there are all sorts of African countries. This is of course if you really have a transit, and not 10 hours between flights and you will walk around Barca.
And also check about the package, if you still need a visa, for example, for France type A you don’t need hotels, invitations, certificates from work, that is, all the same, the package is a little different from a type C visa.
