I can't upload my photo and view the photo of the competition It's useful to have a rest!

We really, really want to participate in your children's photo contest "It's good to have a rest!", but we can't upload photos or even just view photos of other participants. Please, tell me why this can be and, perhaps, you will place our photo yourself. We will be very grateful to you! Since we spent the whole evening with the child (and the mother and the night), we logged in, but we couldn’t insert the photo :(((
