I can sort out the price. For today 47 euros double. With breakfast. Very close to the center. 10 minutes by car. The hotel has underground parking. Booked from Kyiv, two weeks in advance. The rooms are ok, we only stayed overnight. Most importantly, in the center, everything is nearby and budget.
We dined where we would find lunch. And they ate dinner in the room, with what they bought in the nearest shop. After all, next to spiritual food, you least of all think about the stomach.

If you have not had experience of living in such, then I will explain to you that in addition to very budgetary, ascetic and modest housing, many campsites offer chalets, cottages, etc. Prices in the Czech Republic are almost the cheapest in Europe for camp houses. And the comfort level. The advantages of campsites are the price, as a rule, beautiful places in nature (but often suburbs), the presence of a full-fledged kitchen, silence (if there is no festival nearby, if it is not the sea).

Also, the minus of many campsites is that you have to clean it yourself or the convenience is a paid service. I have not met campsites where cleaning was included in the price.
Personally, I really love camping, especially if the trip is by car, when you can live in peace in nature.
