Disgusting organization of the tour in Santorini. Worst trip in 10 years of traveling and visiting 25 countries. Instead of the promised good standard, disgusting hotels with a rusty shower and a leaky sink in the room! I had to sleep with a suitcase on the same bed so as not to get things dirty! Plus, the agency bought the flight back from the wrong city, which was originally announced. At the request to change the ticket, they ignored me, I bought a return ticket and hotel accommodation for 1 day with my own money so as not to sleep on the street - and I was not even compensated for my mistake! This is the most rude customer service I have ever had in my life! I am terribly frustrated and will not recommend this agency to anyone!
