Without a visa or visa "on the spot"
What hotel (country) can you recommend? I would like to combine a beach holiday + entertainment. Preferably a European destination

Montenegro with Croatia, if without a visa. Montenegro - Budva. there is a beach and entertainment. Budva does not sleep :-)

In addition to these two countries, there is no visa-free travel anywhere else in the European direction.
Well, perhaps only to the Crimea (also, after all, a European direction).

Thank you very much for the tips, but do you have any information about hotels?

There are plenty of hotels, European hotels are comfortable and expensive. Enough 3 *, again enough breakfast, you can rent an apartment with a kitchen. Choose to your taste. Both Croatia and Montenegro are beautiful and friendly countries to us, Croatia is a little more expensive than Montenegro, but in general both of them are in the Adriatic - an unusual and beautiful corner of Europe. Have a nice rest!

I recommend taking apartments without meals. Food in Montenegro is very inexpensive, tasty and plentiful. It makes no sense to overpay for food at the hotel.

addresses, passwords, appearances? what about the sea? pebbles, rocks?

The entire Adriatic for the most part is either large pebbles or generally concrete slabs on the beaches. There are almost no sandy beaches, and that is why the sea is exceptionally transparent there - transparency is more than 40 meters.

Budva - sand, Becici - small pebbles, the water there is simply of an unusual color, I have never seen anything like it. And as for the turnouts .. There, the villas are like dirt :-) Actually, they are all the same. The only thing I want to say is find out the location. we were in Three Palms, Becici. Everything is fine, the room is large, kitchen, loggia, near the sea .. but there is a steep climb to the villa, 60 meters.

I wrote it down, thanks :o), and what kind of living creatures are there in the sea. otherwise I'm not very good at it ... and, on average, what are the prices (drinks. food) and what can be "interesting" to bring from there?

If you set a goal and look for a long time, you may see a sea urchin, but I did not see it unfortunately. The sea is empty there :-(
Prices: a hamburger (crazy sizes, you add vegetables and sauces from the salad bar to yourself separately) - 1.5 euros, pizza - one sixth of a circle, a radius of half a meter with sauces - 1.5 euros, a portion of chop with potatoes and salad - 6 euros (we divide by two at once, we ask the waiter to bring 2 plates). Dinner for two by candlelight in an Italian restaurant on the waterfront - 30 euros with wine and tips. A set of meat (raw and raw sausages) - 4-6 euros, megamarket, grilled on the street there for free. Prosciutto (dried meat) - it is EVERYWHERE and hamburgers are also made from it - from 7 to 14 euros per kilo.
Bring with you: homemade olive oil, prosciutto, Vranac wine, preferably procorde. By the way, drinking in Montenegro is more expensive than food. Beer 2 euros 0.3, Vranac 3-6 euros a bottle.

Thanks for the detailed answer, now I can more or less imagine the price ratio)))

In Croatia, all of the above are significantly more expensive.
