where is the best place to get a multivisa to the Schengen countries
Tell me, please, who is really in the know.
We had two Finnish visas obtained at the Finnish Visa Center in Moscow.
One single (entered / left as expected)
After that, they received a multivisa 30/180.
We entered Finca, but we left through Slovakia.
What is the probability that the Finns will not give the cartoon again (and they will not give anything at all), since we spent part of the time outside of Finland.
I have some ideas, but would like to hear opinions from even more experienced people.
And an additional question.
If not to the Finns to go for a cartoon, then which embassy is better? It seems that there are fewer documents than the Finns are not asked anywhere. Or there are some loyal countries. Greece maybe?
Will they give us a cartoon in another country?
Thanks in advance for any answers that come from experience and not from the internet.

The Finns will give a visa with a high degree of probability. Do not shy away from different consulates, feel free to stomp into the Finnish one, there should be no problems. In the visa application form, indicate your two previous visas, everything will be fine. In addition, you already had a multischengen 30/180, so now the Finns will most likely give you 90/180, which is great. Good luck!

Thanks for the answer!
It is embarrassing that the Finns are quite zealous about the fact of using the visa for its intended purpose. That is, as I understood from the Internet, they suggest that most of the 30 days should have been spent in Finland.
As far as I know, Finnish hotels and ferries actively "leak" all information on the stay / movement of tourists to them. Whether this is so is not known, but at the border the Finns were aware of which hotel I had booked.
Judging by the comments given by the Finnish ambassador in St. Petersburg last year in the press, they seem to be now paying attention not to the number of days spent on a visa, but to the number of TIMES (entries) to Finland. It seems that the main thing is that there are more trips to Finland than to other countries. In my case, again it is not clear how to count - we rolled out a visa for 1 time.
Of course, the Finns look the most optimal.
Just wanted to clarify, maybe someone had similar cases.

Many of our friends have had similar experiences. In your case, only a conversation will be held about the rules for crossing the border. And that's it. But if you constantly take a Finnish visa and only enter Finland for the first time, and then hang around Europe, then they can punish you, but the punishment is also ridiculous - instead of the requested 90 or 180 days they will give 30))) So. Good luck!

Last year, Greece gave me a multivisa for six months, although they have a condition that in order to obtain a multivisa, you must have at least one Greek Schengen, and I only had Schengens of other countries in my passport ... Spain also loves to spoil us very much - and always gives multivisa.

sigur62, thank you very much for your reply!
Finally, I'll try to post here how it went.

Mary-V, and Greece requires the same documents as other countries (hotel confirmation, tickets, income and employment certificate, insurance)?
Everything is tucked into the confirmation of the hotel/tickets.
I don’t know the exact vacation dates, I just would like to have an open visa and go as soon as possible with a vacation.
As far as I know, the Spaniards, as far as I know, really immediately give everyone a six-month period, but their visas are more expensive and you need to go to Spain at least once on a visa - then a second time (without such an entry) they may not give a visa.
We also called the Latvian embassy to find out.
They say that they can also give a cartoon if there was a Schengen of other countries.
But they also need a full package (confirmation, not booking/tickets, and the printout from booking does not suit them, they want a fax from the hotel, and the hotel usually distributes such faxes when 100% prepayment was made)

But we never provide any confirmation. The purpose of the trip is simply indicated - tourism, and the number of requested trips, and we always get a cartoon with a bang. But we live in a border town, and they are probably more loyal to us, although there seem to be no such rules. Have a nice rest!

the fact of the matter is that the Finns are extremely loyal in this regard - they do not ask for anything at all. no reservations, no tickets, no income and work certificates.
only insurance and application form
while other countries demand everything in full.
How many trips are you referring to?
аватар sigur62
Usually 90 or 180. But even those who ask for 30 still get 90. The Finns figured out that a lot of us is good. After all, the whole of Finland in terms of population is less than one St. Petersburg))) When the crisis broke out, all European countries began to live at least a little, but worse. Except one - Finland. And all because ours rushed there with double agility, because in a crisis, Europeans and other normal people stop spending money, and we, on the contrary, are in a hurry to spend everything we have, because we are afraid to lose the last)))

travel-alex, Greece also requires all documents - both for the hotel and for the tickets. They do not require proof of income only. But what's the problem - you book yourself a hotel room and an air ticket with a possible free cancellation (my friends did this), for Greece it’s enough just to show a reservation. When you receive your visa, cancel all your bookings.
As for Latvia - when I received a Schengen from them, they gave exactly the same day (but then it was my first Schengen at all). I also heard that now they are more loyal and are ready to issue a multi-visa to everyone who previously had Schengen visas. As for the fax - Latvia just received a confirmation from us, sent to us by the hotel by e-mail. mail (not fax). But Poland just requested a fax confirmation when we already arrived at the Embassy with a full package of documents (for some reason, they simply didn’t like a printed email from the hotel).
And, as far as I know, most countries nevertheless express their desire that, according to the Schengen issued by them, the first entry would be exactly in their country. And then you can go wherever you want.
аватар sigur62
It's not even discussed. The first entry rule must be observed by all countries of the Schengen agreement, the country that issued the Schengen visa is responsible for the first entry of a tourist into the Schengen.
