Who is a transferman?
I think that there are many tourism specialists on the site, if you can tell me how to proceed. The son graduated from the institute and is looking for a job, received an offer for a transfer vacancy (the employer refers to the Sea Lord hotel chain, but we did not find the network on the Internet, but there is one in India 2 *) it is a little alarming that knowledge of languages is not necessary. Maybe someone can advise on this issue, how to protect yourself from "divorce"?

Transferman - the face of the meeting party. He meets tourists at the airport (less often port, railway station) and accompanies them to the hotel.
Here, in my opinion, the main thing is who the operator-employer is. If the company is famous, strong like Teztur, Turtez, Pegasus, then there will be no divorce, but there will be hard daily work away from home for at least a couple of months
But in general, I think that such work is not for a university graduate, more for students.

Thanks for the answer. Indeed, a transferman is more for students, but unfortunately it is very difficult for graduates to find a job, companies want specialists with work experience. And I can’t say anything about the tour operator, the employer only reports that this is a representative office of the Sea Lord Hotel and nothing more.

Unfortunately, finding a job now is a little problematic, so we are considering all options. For example, there was another offer for a similar vacancy in Thailand, but as it turned out (we found out thanks to this site), our guys work illegally in Thailand, and the inviting company pays off the police, but it’s not necessary once and if a conflict arises, they can go to jail plant. They thought that the main thing was to get an education, and now the whole family is "breaking their heads" where to get a job.

What about a translator? My friend's daughter also graduated from Dragomanov, she couldn't find a job for a year, then she started translating. It is also good to teach in language courses.

We considered the possibility of transfers, but this is an extreme case. I wanted to see the world a little at the age of 20, try something else, and somehow expand my knowledge and qualifications, in short, let's look for vacancies in tourism, it seems to me that in Ukraine this is almost the only industry that is not quite "rolling down"

It seems to me that a transferman is no longer for students ... not every student will be able to organize and responsibly approach the meeting of tourists, especially those who are ready to work in a morally different climate. A person with at least some life experience and experience working with people is more suitable here.
