If you were not satisfied with your vacation, after re-reading the contract and finding discrepancies with reality in it, you can talk to the TO through which you traveled. And if you like the rest and the hotel itself, then the situation is not worth a damn. In order not to get into such situations in the future, read reviews about TA and TO and, in my opinion, it is better to pay a little more for the tour, but use the services of a reliable TO, which has the same sending and receiving side.
