You won’t be able to add to the review itself, only if the site admin helps you. And a photo can be added as the second step in any of the proposed sections of the review. Open the green checkbox "Write a review" and select the "travel photo report" or "hotel photo report" section. Fill in all the required lines and go to step 2. And add your photos there.
