I bought a tour from the CAM operator (works in Ukraine), a Luxor-Aswan cruise, then a Desert Rose hotel in Hurghada. 11 days (whole tour). US$1100. Sea Star would be cheaper (890). There are tours with a visit to Cairo and Alexandria (they get to Cairo by train from Aswan). They cost an average of 200-400 more.
