Girlfriends stayed in Victoria 3 * 2 weeks ago - they were satisfied - not expensive 460 euros for three with breakfast (lived in the same room) for 7 days, simple, clean, Prague-3 area, tram stop nearby and two stops to the city center. We chose the hotel for a long time, but we were satisfied.

Did you travel on your own? Without a travel agency? How much did the road cost? On what? Where is the best place to change currency?

we traveled through a travel agency, we chose the hotel ourselves, a direct flight with Czech Airlines for a tour was cheaper than on a free sale, we bought a flight and a hotel, the agency opened a visa for the tour, the rest (transfers, excursions) were organized by ourselves. The cost of the flight Odessa-Prague-Odessa is unlikely to help you, but the cost was 350 dollars.
