I am writing to warn you against real scammers in the field of tourism in Portugal - the luxury hotel Villa de Miracle 4 *. In order: on the Internet you will find a wonderful hotel with an incredible description at www. miraclehotel. org. A certain concierge service will talk to you on the phone (which, for a moment, no matter how much you call, will always consist of one person - Nicholas, which is already strange for a whole "service"). This "service" will organize your vacation: it will offer support in obtaining a visa and buying tickets, request a transfer of funds for hotel accommodation through ROBOKASSU with a commission of 7% !!!!!
When you are literally stunned by the commissions taken from you, these colleagues from the hotel will start telling you about the imperfection of the Russian payment system (I called the ROBOCASSA call center, where they told me that the company does not take any commissions for transfers from customers, but only with organizations that use their services), but "allegedly" undertake to return the commission upon your arrival at the hotel, then the most interesting thing comes - making a deposit for accommodation: a deposit is required from you long before your arrival in Portugal at all, arguing this with the quote " that's the way it is in luxury hotels. If you haven't been before and don't know, then don't say. " Personally, I have already traveled half the globe and, unlike respected "concierge service workers", I know much better, as is customary in good hotels. Yes, for the transfer of the deposit, of course, you will be charged the same commission again.

So, you were skinned like sticky and you arrived in the long-awaited Portugal. Impressions about the hotel: You are brought to a private house, which has never seen the ocean near it. To the coast, as it turned out later, to go by car for at least half an hour. The house is located in a terrible remote village. And you are solemnly offered to dine in some restaurant for an additional fee. About the rooms: we were settled in a "room, which consisted of 2 rooms in the basement. One room had no windows at all, the second had 2 basement loopholes. There is no need to talk about the presence of a balcony. Hot water constantly disappeared in the bathroom. Our story was this: we were taken on an excursion the very next day after arriving in the city of Sintra. There we asked a question about dinner when we get it. We were told that dinner was not provided, we would not have time to arrive. To which we replied, let them leave us a late option, as is provided in all normal hotels. And then this hotel employee began literally yelling at us that we would not get food, he was not obliged to feed us, he was not obliged to bring us to the hotel, and in general he was not obliged to do anything. Then a man began to threaten us in plain text, and then left us with the whole family in an unfamiliar city, in the evening, 150 kilometers from the so-called hotel, without things, money, documents, hotel address. As it turned out later, at the address indicated in the contract and voucher, such a hotel does not exist.
From our side, the Portuguese police were involved. The scammer showed up on the phone many hours later, saying that he moved our things (that is, threw our things and documents away) without our knowledge to a small two-star hotel. He was hiding from the police and did not come to the police to meet with us. To top it off, we were not refunded for staying at the Villa de Miracle hotel, we were not refunded the deposit. Money disappears into the pockets of these scammers who simply rob tourists. We filed a lawsuit and unexpectedly found out from the lawyer that he was already pursuing the 3rd case against this company. This Nicholas carried out the same principle of "work" with all clients: blackmail, rudeness, robbery.
