With this review, I want to warn everyone who is going to Portugal to the hotel "VILLA DE MIRACLE"! Itself had the misfortune to rest in it in August 2015. On the Internet you will find only the website of this hotel http://www. miraclehotel. org with all the beautifully offered described services. In fact, this is not a new luxury country hotel "Villa de Miracle" 5 *, located on the coast of the Atlantic Ocean, which is included in the classification group of world premium club hotels SLR (Small Luxury Residence) - but a detached villa in the village of Arnal 30 km from the ocean!! ! The interior corresponds to the pictures and that's about it! The village is ordinary, there is nowhere to go, there is a local cafe nearby that is open in the morning and evening at a time, not far from a supermarket. There is no chain of hotels with 2 restaurants (declared restaurants "Mario " and "Baracuda" have a place to be, only in neighboring settlements, which are also located a few kilometers away). There is no concierge service, there is only one girl Marina from the service, who covers breakfast and 12 euros! - cutting, cheese, egg. Pears fall from the tree and it is offered to you as fruit. Cleaning in the room is only taking out the garbage from the bucket and the bed has never been made in 12 days! Dinners are offered for 20 euros - this is usually bought meat or fish in the supermarket and grilled in front of you, sometimes takeaway food is ordered from the above restaurants. The manager, guide, translator Nicolas Norega is in fact only the driver. He does not give any historical information, but the hotel claims that he is a graduate of Princeton University! my understanding:
1-this is not a hotel and not a chain of villas - this is a private house with a pool in the village!
2-everything is aimed at withdrawing your money from the deposit as soon as possible (57ero / day) they disappeared from me on day 7 out of 11! The deposit is transferred to the hotel account a week before arrival, but there is no information about this on the hotel website!

3-forget about the service and the provision of excursions, but you will be taken to the city, but that's all!
