As of today 04/18/2021, valid from 04/13/2021. Citizens (residents) of Russia, Ukraine and Belarus will be allowed to transit through Poland only for travel to their place of residence or legal stay. However, they need to be residents or have legal permission to stay in one of the EU or SC countries. The same is allowed for spouses and children of the above category of persons. Not a word is written about transit through Poland outside the EU and the HS.
