Raikin remembered: "And you? .. And she? .. And you? Yes, you go ..."

The story is interesting, but far from new. Is being a guest an extra day more important than complying with immigration rules?

It’s funny to you, but people are suffering, this is “visa-free” (and people need to be explained for how long, with what documents, where and how to go, otherwise everyone believes that you can get to Europe without any problems, then they fly in - and you are being malicious here. Hello to all "literates" and success in your vacation. Here, take it and help a person, if you understand these issues.

In Europe, as in any visa-free country, you can stay no more than 90 days in six months. Apparently they are expiring, so you were warned about a possible deportation for violating immigration laws. And this entails a fine and the closure of entry into Europe for up to 5 years.

babol, I am sure that the Author has already been to Poland, and spent 87 days there from the date of the first entry for 180 days. This is the most obvious option, there are others, but the Author does not want to tell us about them.

Well, kindly, you tell me as "specialists" - this is a person traveling for the first time (for example, to Poland, well, it’s clear that it’s not to look at the “Royal Castle” in Krakow, but to work. His passport has biometrics, that’s what they will ask him ours (and what the same "psheks" will demand) - otherwise they seem to go from our city, saved by the Lord, but each person has his own problems (because of the migrant workers it has become more difficult for tourists) It is interesting not "sovereign" theses, but practical advice (as for tourists as well as for workers)

babol, well, how else can you help when the author of sound mind and sober memory is consciously going to exceed the allowable period of stay in the country? Despite the fact that the border guards clearly told her the permitted deadlines and the consequences of the delay.

I'm going abroad for the first time, the passport is clean, there were no jambs before ....
аватар nukonenkoyana28
How about 3 months?
аватар babol
So that's it - and the passport is clean, and you don't carry drugs with vodka, and it seems you can go to work,
but they don’t let them in - what kind of troubles?
аватар Igor_m
nukonenkoyana28, tell me everything, where does this stumbling block lie? Maybe they could not prove the purpose of the trip or its duration? For the first time on a visa-free basis, I will cross the Polish border in August, and then across Europe for three weeks by car, I book hotels for the first night and a five-day vacation at sea at the end of the trip, the rest - where necessary, either in a campsite, or in a tent, or in auto, as happened more than once. It’s also “dumb”, but after all, I’ve traveled through Europe quite a bit.

Guys, well, enough of the holy innocence to portray. The border service of any country is the body that makes the final decision on the entry of a foreigner into the country and on the duration of his stay. There is no point in looking for logic and suffering, they could not like anything in you. And this is their right.
If this calms you down, the same complaints about Israel on TurPravda are even more cruel there than the Poles.

A month ago I went by regular bus from Kyiv to Prague for a week. We crossed the border at the Shegini checkpoint - Polish customs officers only asked for money. They didn’t even ask where and for how long I was going, although I had both a hotel reservation and return tickets with me. No one had problems with entry - even if the money was on a bank card (I had 150 euros in cash, the rest was on the card). Traveled independently - first in the Czech Republic, then Germany and Poland. On the way back, two people were removed for violating the terms of stay in the Schengen zone.

That's exactly what they said "To Ukraine"?

The author did not say anything at all, so it is difficult to talk about something here.
аватар AllOverTheWorld
it is clear that nothing is clear.
"I'm going abroad for the first time, my passport is clean, there were no jambs before that ...." so are you just going or are you already in Poland? if you are going, then who told you?
where, how and who told you that you should return in 2 days? Have you been stamped with a visa corridor?
