Cancellation of the Polish national visa (right at the border)
Good afternoon! When crossing the Polish border on a Polish national work visa, a border guard officer raised some questions about my work invitation, and after a thorough examination of the documents, a decision was made to cancel the visa and refuse entry. In the passport, it looks like this - on the page adjacent to the visa, there is now an extract with various numbers of acts, resolutions, etc., in accordance with which the visa was canceled. Actually, the question that worries me is: how can this affect the receipt of any visa in the future in any of the Schengen embassies (most likely not in the Polish one), and whether such cases are generally reflected in any databases common to all embassies (SIS)? Also, do you want to lose your passport? Thanks!

Even if you lose your passport, you are in the EU database. My advice is 5 years off.

Will be reflected. Cancellation of the Schengen visa is not good news for you.
You can get a visa with a new passport, there are many such cases. To do this, you need to do this: upon receipt of a passport, agree at the OVIR or the FMS, as it is called in Belarus, so that the spelling of letters in Latin is not the same as in the previous passport, for example, instead of Aleksandr they wrote Alexander. Both spellings of this name are allowed, you will also come up with something for yours. The scrupulousness and at the same time the narrow-mindedness of our western neighbors will help you get around your unfortunate blunder. Good luck in this dangerous business!
P.S. I hope dad Luka doesn’t put him in jail for this)))

Well, maybe not 5, but 3 years for sure. There still needs to be figured out how serious it all is!
No, there's nothing to lose, there's no point. It was worth it there on the spot, and find out for what specific reason the visa was canceled, and how this may affect in the future!
Oh, these fake docks (

sigur62, thanks for the advice, only the canceled visa was national, not schengen. It is not yet entirely clear how exactly this fact affects the consequences. There are quite a few cases of cancellation of a Schengen visa, but it seems to me that the laws on national visas may differ from the Schengen one.
Info-tourism, the reason is known - false data was provided to the embassy and when crossing the border. for all questions about our future, right at the border, they advised us to contact the embassy. it's a pity that we didn't know about SIS at that time, of course we would have asked about it on the spot. Can you please tell me what you think about sigur62's suggestion above?
about the fake docks, I would like to live by the law, I would like to change my passport, but I think you yourself know how difficult it is ...

Since 2010, national visas have been equated with Schengen visas and there is no fundamental difference in them and there is no responsibility for their use.

Hatina, thanks for your reply. we are making a request to SIS, we will find out how serious it is.

And on the other hand, if you argue, why then do you need a floor. a national visa, what does it give, if, as mentioned above, it is already equated with a Schengen visa ...??!!!

Info-tourism, a national visa gives mere mortals the opportunity to spend more time in the Schengen area. on the part of the country issuing such visas, argument number number 1 applies, plus technically such visas are easier and faster to process. legally they are different documents. formally - they give approximately the same degree of freedom in terms of crossing borders and in terms of time spent in the country - for a national handicap visa.

Thanks for the answer!
Now everything is clear.
Let's hope that your situation is not so difficult, and that everything will work out soon !!!!
Good luck to you!

Hi all!
I decided to check in on the occasion of great joy - we didn’t get into any SIS, however, we had to “steal” the passport, then a single Schengen visa for a week was received in a blank document and there were no problems when crossing the border (not Polish this time).
Now we are waiting for the Schengen cartoon and have already applied for a residence permit (the time has finally come).
Summary: Fear has big eyes, but you should always hope for the best.
Easy visas and hassle-free borders for you!

Tell me what to do? Annulled the national Polish visa D, when entering Poland. They took fingerprints and took a photo, arguing that it was a separate invitation ... + a fine, before that I traveled for 5 years without problems.

I have a question. The employer canceled the voivodship invitation, there is a work visa, will there be any problems when crossing the Poland-Ukraine border, will they not be deported ???
