Both spellings of this name are allowed, you will also come up with something for yours. I decided to check in on the occasion of great joy - we didn’t get into any SIS, however, we had to “steal” the passport, then a single Schengen visa for a week was received in a blank document and there were no problems when crossing the border (not Polish this time).
Now we are waiting for the Schengen cartoon and have already applied for a residence permit (the time has finally come).
Summary: Fear has big eyes, but you should always hope for the best.

Tell me what to do? Annulled the national Polish visa D, when entering Poland. They took fingerprints and took a photo, arguing that it was a separate invitation ... + a fine, before that I traveled for 5 years without problems.
