Has anyone encountered the problem of "violation of the visa regime with Poland."
In April 2008 we went on a tour package. (Kyiv firm). At the Poland-Ukraine border, it turned out that the visa is in the passport until April 11, and I cross the border on the 13th. They took me out of the bus, took fingerprints... And they issued documents about deportation from the territory of Poland + you can’t enter for 1 year. In Kyiv, they filed a complaint with the travel agency, demanded a refund for the ticket (the visa was issued by a travel agency).
Has anyone encountered similar problems? What am I entitled to in this case?

At least the cost of the ticket should be refunded. And quickly and happily. You can hardly compensate for moral damage, even through the court. And in general, it is better not to decide through the court - it will be a very non-obvious case.

If your tour was issued on the 13th inclusive (and this is documented), then demand full compensation for the cost of the tour and moral damage. Although, when we went on vacation to Poland for the first time, we had a similar situation, when visas were clearly on the dates of the tour - entry on December 27 - departure on January 3, and from Zakopane to the border 400 km, i.e. lost almost a day. But then it happened out of inexperience. Therefore, there is also your fault here: before the trip, you need to carefully check all the documents.
