I will answer more precisely. Currently (due to the pandemic), transit through Poland for residents of Russia, Ukraine and Belarus is allowed only if these people are traveling to their place of permanent residence and they are EU or Schengen residents or spouses, children of residents. The provisional rules do not provide otherwise. In the good old days, this would have been possible. And you don't need a visa. Now, unfortunately, it is not possible.
