Kathmandu

My fiancé and I were in Nepal for almost a month, we had typhus, and many other things that we still cannot understand. we had a temperature of over forty, we lost a lot of weight, our hair climbed, so if you like an extreme type of holiday, Nepal is yours. But be sure that if you are going to go for 2 weeks, you will stay 4))))). But enough time has passed and I can say a lot of exotics, everything is very cheap. Good hotels are Dwarika's and Hyatt, but they cost $250 per night without food. You can find an overnight stay for $ 15, but it will be very good. dark place. Warning: you can’t drink tap water, eating in cafes where there are few tourists is dangerous, mushrooms in no case, in Kathmandu without a face mask it’s dangerous for the lungs, you don’t need to walk at night either. But I can say that the place is very beautiful and the mountains are wonderful, this is the case when it hurts, but it's nice))))
I have been going to Nepal since 2004 (Let me remind you that there was still a guerrilla war in Nepal). One food poisoning was for all trips and in the mountains, mild symptoms of altitude sickness are present. I didn’t climb the peaks - I’m not a climber, I’m just delighted with the abundance of interesting places, people, views, rituals and the HIMALAYAS! rnQuestion 1: Who was diagnosed with typhus? rnQuestion 2: What stupid manager or "friend" sent you to Nepal in the midst of tropical downpours, when everything is flooded ... well, very dirty places in the valleys? Everything is really clean in the highlands.rnQuestion 3: Have you ever heard anything about vaccinations before traveling to exotic countries?!rnSummary: What does Nepal have to do with it? If there really was typhus in Nepal, half of the country would have died out by now. And the whole world would buzz.
typhus was detected upon arrival in the United States in LA in one of the well-known clinics, and you were vaccinated against typhus before traveling to Nepal? And in the center of Europe in Ukraine (June 2010 in Odessa) patients with typhus were identified, do you think that Nepal is more developed than Ukraine? Have you been to Kathmandu? And went to the wedding of friends, what does the insult have to do with it? It’s just that I wouldn’t want my compatriots to get into a similar situation, which is probably why people leave their comments here, and not with the aim of boasting who is cooler
never been poisoned in Nepal
tap water is drinkable. suitable for boiling. I do not advise you in Kathmandu, but you can drink in other cities. in general, not such a terrible country as you described
