This Flower Parade for me could not have taken place if it were not for my new friend in the Netherlands, Marshall University professor. In the morning, when I took things out of the apartment where I lived only two days out of five (there were simply no other places around the Keukenhof park), my car simply would not start. In this case, I myself am to blame for not checking the battery banks, and they turned out to be almost empty. Marshall, who lives nearby, on the same street, came to my aid. Half a day in the cold and rain, he was with me, and in every way helped to start my car. Of course, the solution was the simplest, to rearrange the battery from another car, but who will give it? He called a special vehicle, and while it was driving, he invited me to his apartment and treated me to everyone. He has a wonderful family, wife and daughter. Very friendly people. An hour later, a car arrived, and in exactly five seconds they started my car, with a powerful discharge of current. The driver charged me 151 euros and 50 cents. It is a pity, of course, this money for my omission. It seems that everything was provided for the trip, but I forgot about the battery. When talking with Marshall, I realized that today is the last day of the flower parade in Haarlem, and I have to make it before the evening. Saying goodbye to him and his family, I quickly went to Haarlem, and managed to see the flower parade before dark. Thanks for everything my new friend. With this example, we can say the following, that in any nationality, there are good and bad people. On the same street, Els, the owner of the room where I lived, kicked me out into the street, and her neighbor helped me so much. (I was kicked out of my room by the EIS hostess because I bought groceries at the supermarket. After leaving her room, the next day I was unexpectedly severely poisoned by the food that was with me in the room during the stay. I still remember with a shudder this Dutch hostess, with whom I lived, a terribly unpleasant person). Today I will continue showing photos of the flower parade. How much work did the locals put into this beauty? The column was very long, and I hardly continued to shoot this holiday on the eve of the day of the king of the Netherlands.
