We flew to Langkawi from Yekaterinburg - Tashkent - Kuala Lumpur - Langkawi. The safe is free at the reception, the hotel is very large of several blocks, we were settled on the 1st floor, the balcony overlooked the pool (1101): cleaning every day, water, coffee, cream, bath accessories are always a lot (left 2-3 ringit = 20.30 rubles and in general everything is wonderful... ), there are always at least 4 towels (at check-out they handed over 8, because they took them to the beach but they don’t count when cleaning and give new ones) = no complaints! The food is monotonous, but there is always a lot of everything: chicken, sausages, ham, cheese, rice, noodles, soups, scrambled eggs in front of you, sweet rice bread, toast, jams, yogurts, milk with cereal, dried anchovies, papaya, watermelon, pineapple, oranges, juices, coffee, tea - you won't go hungry (Russians take it with them, for lunch by the pool! ). Swimming pool: beauty! , waterfalls pouring from everywhere, 2 water slides, jacuzzi, different depths - large and winding, sunbeds will always be placed wherever you want! The hotel opens the most popular street leading to an aquarium with Duty shops (but it's better not to go to a cafe there... they take tips and didn't always like it). Only alcohol is cheap in Duty: 1l Bacardi 30-36 ringgit (300 r), whiskey 18, vintage aged French wine 18-30... , even more choice and cheaper Jack Daniels in the market near Eagle Square. Near the hotel, if you stand facing the entrance, on the right is a GRECO minimarket - there is a lot of cheap stuff, Chang beer 0.33 - 2 MYR, drinks and it works until late! then if you go down that street for a supermarket, a good fish cafe and then for a pizzeria - alco-duty (open until 22-00, and in the center at the Aquarium only until 18)! if you go further along this street - a Chinese cafe - good, good 2 Thai cafes and opposite Holliday Willa 4 * - Cactus cafe - all Russians praise and inexpensive! Between this street and the central one, the middle one is access to the sea... 300 meters is an excellent beach, you can walk in one direction and the other along the white sand! there are no waves, the entrance to the sea is safe, soft sand = super, especially before sunset!
You can take excursions directly at the hotel, though in English, but it’s clear: the best Mango jungle 110 ringit with an excellent lunch is the best! , on 3 islands (an island with a fresh lake is included: the lake of the pregnant madonna is really very deep and cold, but take a dip - everyone gets pregnant! ). We went to the cable car and Eagle Square ourselves for 30 ringit one way per car, the cable car itself costs 30 ringit, but there all the locals gather and there is a huge queue, we took a VIP pass for 80 - we received gifts and entrance without a queue! breathtaking - great! and there are cheap souvenirs on sale in the village!
