We organized our entire trip on our own and therefore, we went on all excursions with an English-speaking guide. We went to Chichen Itza. Chichen Itza was once a real political and religious capital for the Mayan empire. Now the ruins of the city are included in the UNESCO cultural heritage list. To the Xcaret parks and to Cancun itself by taxi without a guide, they swam in the oceanarium with dolphins. There is also the Shel-ha park and the ancient Mayan city of Tulum.
