Most of the animals are very tame, they took bananas with them for a walk, most of the local animals love them, and they simply fed them from their hands. There are even black swans and huge deer in the hotel, and this is not counting birds of all kinds, including tame peacocks, iguanas caused us complete delight, we saw them so close for the first time. Yes, just do not count all the flora and fauna of this place. The beach for families with children is excellent, the only minus is the algae in the water from the shore, a little further already less. But the beach itself is clean, cleaned several times a day. Speaking of cleanliness, in the hotel, as well as throughout resort Mexico, they didn’t get to other areas, they just didn’t have time, it’s really perfect. There are no straws, no plastic cups, they simply do not exist, they are not used here, they protect nature! We didn’t even particularly plan a trip to Mexico, we thought to fly to the Dominican Republic, but the fact that we got here was the discovery of a new chic destination for us, now we will be frequent guests here))). I won’t spread much for the novelty of furniture and other things, everything suited us, we only slept in the room, spent all the time on the street, because there are so many interesting things here. The food is also excellent, a lot of meat dishes of any shape and composition. Ice cream, juices, sweets for children, a huge range of fruits and vegetables, all kinds of cheeses and sausages. But most importantly, really perfect cooking, this was not even seen in the excellent five of the Dominican Republic. Just before leaving, and then for the sake of interest, we went to the Brazilian, and what I want to tell you is excellent, but there is no need for this, there is enough of everything in the main restaurant, and even seafood. It is noteworthy that they live and feel great on the territory: peacocks, pink flamingos, swans: white and black, ducks, iguanas, turtles - a wonderful zoo that pleases the eye. But once, fortunately it was on the eve of departure, I observed a snake crawling across the path. I have to admit that I'm scared to death of them. And if this meeting had taken place earlier, I would not have a quiet rest!
On the territory of the hotel you can move around on golf carts. There are even special stops for waiting for cars.
The beach is sandy, the sand is yellowish, there are enough sunbeds and umbrellas, but the entrance to the sea disappointed me. The bottom is rocky (the stones are large), as well as a coral reef - you can’t swim far, you had to flounder close to the shore so as not to get hurt (((
There are no problems with the pool in the hotel - it is huge with different zones - a relax zone, a zone for children, an area with a bar in the pool ...but I don’t like pools. If there is a sea, why a pool?
The hotel has good animation - and daytime and evening programs for children and adults. Night club.
There are several bars and restaurants, including a la carte restaurants, where you can dine for free by appointment (we visited some of them). The food is excellent! For every taste.
In the main restaurant: both meat and seafood, a large selection of snacks and salads, pasta, pizza, burgers, local cuisine (of course adapted for Europeans, but very tasty), fruits, vegetables, desserts. The bars have good drinks - ranging from local michelada (an unusual salty-sour-spicy beer-based cocktail) and tequila - ending with champagne, baileys, B 52 and that's not counting whiskey, gin, rum))) For those who don't wants to leave the beach - beach bar and grill - beach bar.

On the territory, in addition to swans and flamingos, there are other animals, including a white peacock! You can walk around the territory of all hotels of this system without obstacles, but with restaurants it is somewhat more difficult. Between the hotels there is a special delivery, which also delivers to the shopping center, a separate delivery travels around the territory of each hotel.
Nutrition. The food is quite varied and for every taste (a corner of Italian cuisine, French, Mexican, American - hamburgers, hot dogs, etc. ). Mexican cuisine adapted (i. e. not spicy). In principle, they feed the whole day, but American-style food - chips, fries, sausages, rolls, etc. ). The only thing with which it was a little tight was with fruit, not a very large variety (maybe not a very good season for fruit). Any booze, any cocktails (we played mostly mojitos and margaritas). At the same time, the degree of cocktails increases in the evening, i. e. in the morning you will be offered a weak mojito, and in the evening you will hardly smell the soda there.
Contingent. The bulk are Americans, among whom there is a fairly large part of Russian speakers (immigrants from the USSR or countries formed on its territory, mainly Russia and Ukraine). There are very few Europeans, let alone Ukrainians and Russians.
Entertainment. Anything your heart desires. I have never seen such a schedule of entertainment anywhere, sometimes I wanted to break. My brother practically did not have time to swim in the sea. Silence lovers can find a quiet place where no one will touch them. Evening performance in the amphitheater. Shows are of high quality, with beautiful costumes, good voices, but only in English.
Sea and beach. The beach is large and clean, there are enough sunbeds for everyone. We were not lucky with the sea - all the days it was stormy. There are stones in the sea and you can get unpleasant injuries. But there is a place, not very wide, where you can go and jump on the waves (there are no stones).
Tips. Welcome everywhere and always, but their absence does not affect the service. If you run out of small dollars, they will be exchanged for you at the reception. There is no special need to change the currency to local money. Local money is needed for trips within the country (perhaps on excursions to Chechen Itza to buy souvenirs).
In principle, it all depends on you and your desires. Without knowledge of English (although a little above the minimum), there is nothing to do there, unless you set yourself the goal of just lying on the beach. I won’t say anything about excursions, they didn’t pester us because in 9 days we saw most of Mexico and we had nothing to offer, but they definitely are there.
Of the minuses of the hotel - paid Internet (somehow they have already lost the habit), although Maya has free WiFi at the reception.
By the way, upon returning to Kyiv, we were returned the difference in the price of hotels for two nights of accommodation and for using the Internet.
What you need to pay attention to. When checking in for a return flight (with a transfer via Paris or Amsterdam), request to be checked in for both flights and check your boarding pass from Paris (or Amsterdam). They register everyone in Moscow and cannot understand in any way that Kyiv is a different country. We fought to knock out registration for Kyiv, and some who had tickets to Kyiv (and a car or the next domestic flight was waiting in Boryspil), they sent them to Moscow, and how after that people got to Kyiv and for what money is unknown.

On the territory, in addition to swans and flamingos, there are other animals, including a white peacock! You can walk around the territory of all hotels of this system without obstacles, but with restaurants it is somewhat more difficult. Between the hotels there is a special delivery, which also delivers to the shopping center, a separate delivery travels around the territory of each hotel.
Nutrition. The food is quite varied and for every taste (a corner of Italian cuisine, French, Mexican, American - hamburgers, hot dogs, etc. ). Mexican cuisine adapted (i. e. not spicy). In principle, they feed the whole day, but American-style food - chips, fries, sausages, rolls, etc. ). The only thing with which it was a little tight was with fruit, not a very large variety (maybe not a very good season for fruit). Any booze, any cocktails (we played mostly mojitos and margaritas). At the same time, the degree of cocktails increases in the evening, i. e. in the morning you will be offered a weak mojito, and in the evening you will hardly smell the soda there.
Contingent. The bulk are Americans, among whom there is a fairly large part of Russian speakers (immigrants from the USSR or countries formed on its territory, mainly Russia and Ukraine). There are very few Europeans, let alone Ukrainians and Russians.
Entertainment. Anything your heart desires. I have never seen such a schedule of entertainment anywhere, sometimes I wanted to break. My brother practically did not have time to swim in the sea. Silence lovers can find a quiet place where no one will touch them. Evening performance in the amphitheater. Shows are of high quality, with beautiful costumes, good voices, but only in English.
Sea and beach. The beach is large and clean, there are enough sunbeds for everyone. We were not lucky with the sea - all the days it was stormy. There are stones in the sea and you can get unpleasant injuries. But there is a place, not very wide, where you can go and jump on the waves (there are no stones).
Tips. Welcome everywhere and always, but their absence does not affect the service. If you run out of small dollars, they will be exchanged for you at the reception. There is no special need to change the currency to local money. Local money is needed for trips within the country (perhaps on excursions to Chechen Itza to buy souvenirs).
In principle, it all depends on you and your desires. Without knowledge of English (although a little above the minimum), there is nothing to do there, unless you set yourself the goal of just lying on the beach. I won’t say anything about excursions, they didn’t pester us because in 9 days we saw most of Mexico and we had nothing to offer, but they definitely are there.
Of the minuses of the hotel - paid Internet (somehow they have already lost the habit), although Maya has free WiFi at the reception.
By the way, upon returning to Kyiv, we were returned the difference in the price of hotels for two nights of accommodation and for using the Internet.
What you need to pay attention to. When checking in for a return flight (with a transfer via Paris or Amsterdam), request to be checked in for both flights and check your boarding pass from Paris (or Amsterdam). They register everyone in Moscow and cannot understand in any way that Kyiv is a different country. We fought to knock out registration for Kyiv, and some who had tickets to Kyiv (and a car or the next domestic flight was waiting in Boryspil), they sent them to Moscow, and how after that people got to Kyiv and for what money is unknown.
When choosing a place to stay, I chose Mexico after I read in one of the reviews: "If you think that All iclusive in Turkey and Egypt, then you are deeply mistaken - All iclusive in Mexico. " It was very interesting what it is. Now I am ready to subscribe to each word in this expression.
