We arrived at this hotel on 03/07/2011, "nothing foreshadowed trouble" as they say, but.......first things first.
we were greeted near the mikrik by the smiling faces of the staff (manager and porter, Indians, by the way, and they smiled, as it turned out for the last time), they handed out wet terry napkins to all those who arrived, seated us at tables in the foyer, so that we filled out the documents and treated us with small glasses of “juice orange", which in fact turned out to be a highly diluted concentrate (and this is practically at the equator, where a stick stuck into the ground sprouts without tension. "Cool": I thought), then they were instructed: where what how where and how much.
After that, everyone went to the rooms, accompanied by the same manager who instructed us. And after 19 hours of the road we are in a room on the second floor.
Number. The room is like a room (Superior), absolutely normal in size for this category (according to estimates, approximately 40 sq. m, including a toilet and a balcony) on the floor there is gray porcelain stoneware, and the walls, ceiling, coffee table, chest of drawers, table, bedside tables and the bed including bed linen is all white, but sorry, the TV-panel is black. In the corner of the room there is a sofa with multi-colored pillows, and even a colored armchair and a high chair. There is a TV panel on the chest of drawers, inside there is a mini-bar refrigerator (0.33 all bottles: 1 soda. 2 Pepsi, 2 Pepsi-light, 2 7UP, 2 local beers and 2 plain water).
The room and the balcony are separated by a sliding partition made of thick glass and an aluminum profile (this structure moves, to put it mildly, hard and... , in short, it sucks).
Bathroom. This is a separate bells and whistles that contains a wardrobe and a safe. Shower, bathtub and sink are also here. There is also another door behind which there is a toilet.
On the balcony there are two wicker brown chairs and the same table (wicker, brown).
FOR 10 DAYS THE BED LINEN IS CHANGED ONLY 2 TIMES - HORRIBLE
In short, we went in, everyone went around in the room, took a shower from the road and rushed to the ocean...
BEACH. The beach is its own (of the hotel), the sand is fine, and the closer to the water, the larger it is mixed with shell rock. Fine sand, as it turned out later, is mixed with such small cones from a local pine with such long needles, they grow along the entire coast.
On coarse sand with shell rock, the one that is closer to the water, lies, in a neat line, a strip of unharvested algae, although the ocean is absolutely calm. The conclusion suggested itself and was later confirmed - the beach is cleaned when they want (with us they wanted 2 times, and this is in 10 days). And they clean the algae like this: three Indians walk along the crest of the algae - one digs a hole, the second rakes the algae there with a rake, and the third fills this hole with sand, it's really cool !! ! In the following days, dirty glasses from drinks were found on the taboutets by the sunbeds, and this was at 8-9 in the morning (conclusion: they had been standing since yesterday). The mattresses on the sunbeds are soft, but have not been changed for a very long time. Many of them are torn and rather faded with a torn waterproof layer inside, which gives an even more shabby look.
It's supper time.
MAIN (restaurant) DINING ROOM. Let's start from the top: the chandelier of the main restaurant, oh excuse the DINING ROOM, a very large yellow hoodie is pulled over it, which is so heavily soiled or polluted with flies that it's just creepy, or maybe it's just never been washed in my life, plus it's also torn, but in its lower point generally has a radically black color. The chairs are also from the day the hotel opened, many obscenely shabby, half of the chairs are under covers, apparently their appearance is beyond the decency of a 4 * hotel, the legs of the tables are dirty, but I think there is still hope to wash them. Regarding food, I think a comparison of a grocery store in the next entrance of your house and, for example, AUCHAN will do, and the range of the hotel is your grocery store in the next entrance, and not AUCHAN. I do not rule out that some of you, in stores, have a much wider assortment than here . In short, there is little to eat. And what is, you still need to divide into two and weed out one half, as not suitable for taste preferences... the conclusion is again not in our favor .
After dinner, holding a bun in our hands, we go to feed the Japanese golden carps that swim in a round pond on a mini square in front of the hotel. The water in the pond is dirty and muddy the color of water in a puddle at a construction site. And in my opinion, no one feeds these carps, except for vacationers, they almost jump out of the water trying to snatch bread from the hand of the giver .
Well, now it's time to drink something in the Bar and contact relatives on the mainland and let them know that we are all right. I have whiskey for Mahito's wife, there is whiskey, but there is no mint for Mahito (as it turns out, there will be no mint for all 10 days of our stay)
Internet (Wi-Fi) is available only in the lobby, but the signal is very weak and not all devices hold it, and the speed leaves much to be desired.
As you understand, all these “charms” of the hotel were revealed throughout our vacation, which spoiled the impression of the hotel more and more, and in the end, they inspired me to write this review about this “hotel”, so to speak.
