The only problem. There is a small cafe on the 0 floor that is open all night. Probably the only place in Sliema. Above the cafe are numbers 106.107, 108.109. It is impossible to sleep in them at night, the music screams until 7 in the morning.
True, at the first appeal to the administration, the number was changed. Fortunately, they were free, otherwise the rest would be ruined.
