In June 2013, my wife and I decided to go to Montenegro on a last minute trip, Velika Plaza turned out to be the last inexpensive option. We decided to take it, then regretted it when we looked at the reviews about it.
This hotel has rooms in a large building and 2 types of bungalows:
1) Civilian, with air conditioning, TV, double-glazed windows, etc.
2) Without air conditioning, TV, with ordinary windows, cardboard walls, cobwebs and spiders, with 3 single beds (houses in pioneer camps were even better).
When booking, we were promised that there would be air conditioning and a normal bungalow, but in fact they settled in the 2nd type.

She said that they would reimburse the cost of staying at another hotel (with receipts, of course). They really refunded everything.
