I want to tell you about how we and dozens of other tourists from Russia were unlucky with the S7tour tour operator and the Velika Plaza2** hotel. Unfortunately, the impression of the country and its inhabitants was significantly spoiled by these legal entities.
The tour operator deliberately keeps silent about the present conditions of stay at the hotel, and the hotel administration covers up these violations.
I'll start in order.
We are going to Montenegro with our seven-year-old son. A trip to Montenegro is my dream, which I cherished and cherished all year. I've been saving money all year. And I was sure in advance that the country would leave the most wonderful impressions.

I go to a travel agency to book a tour. I set the conditions of stay: 2 weeks, preferably not very expensive, but always with air conditioning and a kitchen. The boy is capricious in food, and in general, I do not really trust the public kitchen. The travel agency manager offers the cheapest option - a bungalow at the Velika Plaza2 ** hotel, the cost is 57 thousand rubles for two, half board (I must say, for Turkey and Egypt, this is the cost of very decent hotels in the high season, far from two-star hotels). I check the availability of all the conditions, I get confirmation: there is a kitchen, air conditioning, a shower and even a TV. The kitchen includes dishes, and there is a shop on site that will provide me with everything I need. The hotel has its own beach and medical center. Photos of the room in which we were to live were provided. I am delighted! Hooray! My dream is coming true! With an open mind and a wonderful mood, we set off on a journey.
We arrived at the hotel (by the way, there was no Russian-speaking guide who was supposed to accompany us to the hotel and help us get settled). They gave me a bungalow. We go... Shock! Where are those beautiful rooms that they showed us? Where is the kitchen? Where is the air conditioner???? ? Before our eyes appeared a room that looked like a crypt, with dirty painted walls. There are no shades on the light bulbs, pipes were cut in place of the kitchen, the furniture was shabby and half-broken, the shower did not work. And what kind of TV are we talking about! I go to the Reception - they hardly speak Russian, there is no guide. Somehow I explain that they made a mistake and provided the wrong number, I paid for something completely different. To which they answer me: “In the “bungalow” voucher, we provided the “bungalow”. I'm trying to prove that a bungalow is a bungalow, but with different conditions. I get the answer: “If you want other conditions, pay extra, but there are no rooms with a kitchen at the moment, you have to wait. ” There is nothing to do, we will wait for the release of the room, and at the same time for the guide, who will not know when. I contact the travel agency, report a nuisance, receive confirmation that I was settled in the wrong place, and in the near future I will be relocated. Half an evening trying to get me a boiler in the shower. After assurances at 10 pm that “5 minutes and everything will be fine”, I get hot water only at 3 am. This is our first day of impressions - the mood is spoiled.
Second day.
There is no guide. There is no information from the travel agency. I begin to explore the territory and get acquainted with its inhabitants. It turned out that all the Russians who ordered the "bungalow" were in this position. This is not only St. Petersburg, but our entire Motherland, with its endless expanses. People from Moscow, Yaroslavl, Magadan, Amur, Crimea and many other regions got into this situation. All customers of "S7Tour" - there is a massive fraud.

We use half board. The kitchen leaves much to be desired. To choose from: an omelette with ham, an omelet with cheese, several types of scrambled eggs, sausages - the "variety" is obvious. Of all the above, my son only eats sausages. This morning menu accompanied us all two weeks. For dinner, almost always fried and very salty, I'm not used to this. Local tea is exotic, which we did not like. There was also white coffee, something vaguely reminiscent of cocoa, also a decent brew. I conclude: you need your own kitchen. Otherwise, my son will be grazing or hungry. I look into the bungalow with the kitchen (for which I was offered to pay extra). The kitchen is not equipped with anything, except for two electric burners and a tiny, barely freezing refrigerator. Dishes are missing, apparently you will also need to pay for it. I'm going to the store. There are no products from which it is supposed to prepare a full meal. We need another store. It was found only a kilometer from the hotel. Not a short path, given that the road runs along the highway, along which a rather large flow of cars rushes. And there is almost no roadside to walk on. This means that the option with the kitchen is no longer available, we will get used to what we have.
Day three.
Hooray! The guide has arrived! I run to him, in the hope of solving the problem. I meet a sweet smile, a very conditional knowledge of the Russian language and complete indifference to my conditions of stay. Hope not resettlement melted away. Let's be happy with what we have. In fairness, it must be said that the sea is wonderful (although the beach does not belong to the hotel). The sand is extraordinary. At least you can enjoy it. Speaking of excursions, the choice is not rich. The guide we went with is a very pleasant, sweet woman, ready to serve you, but at the same time she does not know Russian very well and tells practically nothing. I had to ask her all the time: “Khana, what is this? And who is this monument to? ”. . . And so on. So the information from excursions is minimal. But the amazing scenery makes up for it. This is how our days passed.
The day of departure brought m-a-a-a-a-ssu impressions. Let's go hand over the keys. Very politely, with a smile on my lips, I explain at the Reception that I need written information about the room in which I lived. What I get: first, a polite bewilderment “what is it about? ”, Then various attempts to confuse me and refuse a simple request, and, finally, an explosion of emotions, irritation and indignation. I tried to record this information for about 15 minutes, persistently, very politely, but with a parry of all the excuses that were. During the conversation, I discovered that the employees instantly forgot the Russian language (although we communicated with them for 2 weeks, including in Russian). It turned out that the employees did not know each other's names (which made me laugh a lot), and I did not understand who the director of this hotel was. One of the administrators (the one who allowed himself rudeness with pushing away, waving his arms and pointing me to the door), despite my request, did not give his name, now he received the nickname "skinhead gentleman, with an unstable psyche. " On my insistence on finding out the name of the skinhead, I received a threat to call the police. Here is the hospitality, the desire to see their customers again!!! ! Despite all this, I still managed to get an entry on the absentee ballot that our bungalow contained neither a kitchen nor an air conditioner. Later, it turned out that this was just a miracle, since not one of the Russians achieved this record. But what did it cost me! This ticket was almost thrown in my face. After talking with the hotel management, I was shaking all over.

So, it became clear that the desire to return to this beautiful country again, with generally good people, was completely repulsed from me. Now I'm in litigation. Vacation ruined.
