The villa is located in a quiet and cozy place about 160 meters from the sea. From the huge terraces of the villa you can enjoy a beautiful view of Sveti Stefan. There is a minibus stop nearby, which runs to Budva every 15-20 minutes. Bus stop at 600-800 m.More →

Clean spacious triple room (double bed + single bed, wardrobe, table, bedside tables) with a separate kitchenette (stove, sink, electric kettle, dishes) and a separate bathroom. Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning, asked for an iron. There was no hair dryer, they brought their own, but perhaps they give it on demand.
Cleaning every day, changed towels. There were no beach towels.
We rented a car, the owner found a place to park.
As written in previous reviews, next stop, market, restaurants.
You can go down the stairs to the beach or go around the park. The beaches are clean, not many people, turquoise water and beautiful views! The nature around is breathtaking
Everyone was happy and thank you!

By hotel. Initially, we booked a view of the mountains, because. I was embarrassed by one terrace for two rooms. Since the hotel stands on a steep slope, the view was not on the mountains, but on the side of the mountain. The room is spacious with a tiny kitchen and dark. We asked to be upgraded to a room with a sea view.
We were placed in a triple room on the 4th floor.
From the pros:
- spacious room;
- kitchenette with a minimum set of dishes. Everything you need, everything was there. What was missing, they asked and they gave us everything;
- WiFi in the room worked great;
- gorgeous view from the terrace;
- there is a clothes dryer and clothespins!
Of the minuses (applies only to rooms on the top floor):
- there is no partition between the rooms;
- during the day it is impossible to go out to the terrace, because no roof, and the sun shines mercilessly.
The rooms on the second and third floors do not have these problems. There is a partition, the balcony of the fourth floor shade from the sun.
I also did not like the room on the first floor with a sea view - all the guests pass by it. But this is so. . .
Very friendly hotel owner. He brought everything that was asked for (dishes, iron, etc. ). Didn't get bored. The room is cleaned every day, towels are also changed every day, and linen every three days.
There is a parking space under the hotel. The hotel does not belong, but we left the car there.
To the sea 5 minutes on the stairs or 7-8 minutes on the serpentine road. The bus stop to Budva is 100 m away. There is a mini mini market nearby, but you can buy everything you need.
I really liked it. I recommend.

Before choosing this villa, read a bunch of reviews about it. Basically everything is old. The girl who works in the tour agency went here to rest and recommended that we also visit. The girl who works in the tour agency went here to rest and recommended that we also visit. We have not regretted our choice. The Villa has another name "Horizont". We had a room on the 2nd floor with a sea view. Very spacious room with a kitchenette with a set of necessary utensils. I just read the reviews in vain and brought a bunch of everything with me, as we were traveling with a baby and it was important for me that everything was there. There are pots, a frying pan, a kettle, plates, spoons, glasses, cups, a spatula, planks, etc. We were settled quickly. The room is clean, towels changed every day, bed linen every 3 days. Our baby sometimes stained the linen with a peach or a banana, they changed it at the request. Iron and board provided immediately. There is a hair dryer in the room. Safe too. The view from the window is amazing, breakfast in the morning on the terrace is a pleasure admiring about. St. Stephen. There is a TV normal, flat, and not as old as in the photo. You can safely dump cartoons on a USB flash drive and turn them on for kids. Wifi is free and good. There is no food, but it is not needed. Nearby are mini markets, restaurants, cafes, a market and a bus stop. You can safely take a bus for 1.5 euros, get off at the end, return a little back to the shopping center, and behind it the market. Drive 10-15 min. All liked it. I recommend! Be sure to take a room with a sea view, you won't regret it.

A 5-star villa does not pull at all. Pros: a gorgeous view of the island of Sveti Stefan (in case the apartment has a sea view, of course). Minuses. "Fully equipped kitchen" - refrigerator and el. stove for 1.5 burners (that is, one for the Turks). And that's it! There is not even an electric kettle, not to mention a microwave, coffee maker, toaster and others like them. … More ▾ A 5-star villa does not pull at all. "Fully equipped kitchen" - refrigerator and el. stove for 1.5 burners (that is, one for the Turks). And that's it! There is not even an electric kettle, not to mention a microwave, coffee maker, toaster and others like them. The furniture is old. There are no hairdryers in the bathrooms (also a hoax). Towels in the form of handkerchiefs.
A serious minus: the hostess, at her discretion, introduces a fee for taking out the garbage (the price for our neighbors was 2 euros per day).
And - a huge minus: the owner constantly climbs in the room in the absence of guests, twice he went into the room when we were sleeping. It was very annoying! Attention parents traveling with children. There are simply no playgrounds for children on the territory of the villa, the exit from the villa is immediately on the roadway. And, of course, no pools. If you plan to go with 2 families (couples) to apartment 04, keep in mind that there are no doors between the rooms either (probably, Zharko has a lot of Swedes on vacation! ). There will be questions, write, I will answer.

Good day! Is there free parking nearby? And the only way to get to the sea is by stairs? Or is it also possible to walk to the beach along the way?
