The hotel staff speaks Russian.
Hotel "Azimut" is located under the same roof with the hotel "Romanov", so it has a common infrastructure with it - reception, restaurant, spa-salon, gym, indoor pool. A special pride of the hotel administration is a playroom for children with many toys and a small playground with swings and slides.
The hotel building is located a hundred meters from the sea, however, you will have to go down to the beach along a specially equipped long ladder (there are many steps). Beach towels are provided free of charge to hotel guests.
Azimuth does not have its own place on the beach, so vacationers will have to pay extra for sun loungers with umbrellas from 10 to 75 euros (depending on the beach and season).
I wish you all a pleasant holiday!
*****
Photos and impressions about the hotel were brought from the promotional info-tour in Montenegro in October 2013.
Many quiet restaurants, cafes and shops also contribute to quality rest and the desire to stay in Sveti Stefan. I highly recommend going here to anyone who cares about peace and enjoying magnificent views. And for those who also need parties and entertainment, there is an opportunity to ride to neighboring Budva or Becichi, then you will get a full set of sensations.
The Azimut Hotel is the brother of the Romanov Hotel, that is, they are two hotels with a single infrastructure and a common reception, only their rooms are different.
The service here is at the highest level and the rest of the vacationers is sacredly observed, confirmation of this was the moment when the security guard with his chest culturally covered the entrance to the restaurant for me, where dear guests had breakfast.
This complex has two restaurants - Russian and Mediterranean; well-equipped children's playroom, Spa, gym, tennis courts, diving club, aperitif bar, summer terrace.
Swimming pool and sauna free of charge. Descent to the beach right next to the parking lot.
The hotel provides breakfast (buffet) and dinner menu 20 Euro.
It was in this hotel that we managed to see only a suite - of course, it is gorgeous! All rooms have a telephone, kettle, TV-panel, refrigerator, safe, shower / bath in the bathroom, soap accessories.
The hotel gives the impression of a very respectable and cozy place to stay. And there is nothing to say about the location - paradise!
Montenegro is an amazingly beautiful region. Mountains are the main landscape here, small islands of lowlands have been inhabited since time immemorial, there are few cities and they are small. In each town there are several churches, according to tradition, each family (genus) had its own church, by the way, all of them are active. There are also agricultural places, in general they can do almost everything themselves
provide, the climate is very favorable, both ordinary, habitual vegetables and subtropical vegetables grow. For example, they very often have gazebos twined not with grapes, but with kiwi, around olive groves, their own vineyards...
There are 4 national parks in the country and all are very large.
It can be said that the whole country is a nature reserve. In the north - ski resorts, in the south - sea. There is another feature - roads. As I understand it, Montenegrins are close to us not only in spirit, but also in relation to the roads. While you are still driving around the city, it seems to be nothing, although two large buses rushing towards each other are impressive. But when you are high in the mountains, and basically, all their roads are not around the mountains, but high in the mountains, along the slope to the very top, and then down, without fences, at speed and with jokes like the one that told us one driver, when we visited the Ostroh Monastery: "Don't worry, the place is holy, no one has crashed yet. . . ". True, we must give them their due, since childhood, riding on their own roads, they are well versed in difficult situations, in some places where they can miss each other, such a sausage of cars and a train is lined up, either crawling up or down to the nearest wider place to get away. We were lucky with the guide, it turned out to be a Russian woman, a former athlete, cheerful and sociable.
By the way, for all excursions, lunch and dinner at the restaurant,
trips to other cities and other entertainment for two took about 800 euros in 10 days. For our money, this may be a lot, but we did not deny ourselves anything.
Local people live a leisurely life, everyone has big houses, families live with children and grandchildren. Everyone helps each other, all relatives and neighbors are invited to family holidays. Guests are always welcome too. There are a lot of churches and monasteries, one can only envy the ability to enjoy life, and not be involved in the crazy pursuit of money. The local population is mostly Montenegrins, there are Serbs, in some places Albanians live.
In Montenegro, a lot of tourists from Russia and Ukraine come with families wherever you look, familiar faces are everywhere, even in restaurants there is always a menu in Russian.
The days went by differently. The weather was excellent, swimming, sunbathing from the heart, the guides are happy to offer any excursions, and there is something to see in this small country. As soon as such grace began to bother - the weather turned bad and for two days it was terrible rain with lightning and a strong storm, it was amazing and exciting to watch such a picture over the sea, wonderful photos turned out. On the day of departure, the weather cleared up more or less and we flew away safely.
---Hotel---
Even in the process of preparing for the trip, the issue of the hotel was resolved for a long time, and until the last days there was no certainty where, after all, one would have to live. It seems that I would like to be in Budva, as it is a tourist center or, conversely, in some cozy villa away from everyone, in the end, the choice settled on the Azimut Hotel (which I never regretted).
The place where the hotel is located is a small village of Sveti Stefan, so called because the island of St. Stefan is located nearby, on which an expensive hotel is now.
Our hotel had everything you need to relax: a comfortable large bed, a TV (even ORT showed), air conditioning, a refrigerator, a table and 2 chairs, a dressing table and a large mirror, a bedside table, a wardrobe, a shower, a toilet, and a wonderful balcony. overlooking the sea and the island. Cleaned every day, changed linen 2 times a week, towels - every day. On the ground floor there is a restaurant. The staff is friendly. 30 m to the beach, 300 m to the island. In the village itself there are many other restaurants, more expensive and cheaper, some of them perform singers and creative groups, in general, it’s good everywhere, the portions are huge, and the prices are different, everyone can choose according to their taste and budget. There was no so-called entertainment industry in our village, and this is for the best.
Everything you need to relax is there: amazingly beautiful high mountains, clear warm sea, beautiful Mediterranean vegetation and good
people, as well as delicious food, no noise and fuss, in general, a real paradise.
Well, if someone didn’t have enough quiet rest, then in about half an hour you can get to the next city and so on, minibuses run around here all the time. There are no problems with excursions either. The beaches offer water activities, in Budva and Becici you can fly on a paraglider, in short, everyone will find a vacation here to their taste.
