I bought a tour at the agency Come with us, tour operator Join. up We bought an apartment with a sea view, paid a significant additional sum. The photos on the website were of a beautiful seascape. But we really got a room with a view of the adjacent wall of the building.
Upon our request to change the room or compensate the money, the representatives of the villa (cleaning lady and hostess) started shouting at us and making claims about how we could provide photos and videos to the representatives of the tour operator. Then they simply refused to continue the conversation with us (
Later on the day of the eviction, at 10 o'clock, they started knocking on our room almost with their foot and shouting for us to get out of the room, although the brochure from the tour operator indicated that the eviction would take place before 12:00.
