I arrived at the hotel at 10 pm, checked in immediately, the staff - the girls are very friendly, they immediately asked me what I needed, what was wrong, there was no kettle, I told them and they brought it right away. The hotel is very neat and comfortable, the room was on the top floor, clean, the air conditioner worked without interruption, the Internet was excellent, the breakfasts were normal and I had enough, they even asked me what I would like them to cook.

I went to Budva and to the island of St. Stefan, incredible beauty, 2 euros. As for the kitchen, there is none in the room where I was, and in the restaurants on the embankment second courses from 16 euros, soups from 4-5 euros, there is a supermarket where you can buy all food products, just like here. I was pleasantly surprised that during the rain at their reception you can take an umbrella for free and go on an excursion or just take a walk.
I was in Montenegro for the first time and I really liked everything, thank you to the hostess of the hotel, the service staff, and all the employees for the warm welcome and a good rest. Health and prosperity to you, I hope to see you.. .

We lived in it ourselves with a child in early September 2021. The hotel is located 100 meters from the sand and pebble beach of the Rafailovichi resort and 400 meters from the Kamenevo beach. The location of the hotel is almost in the center of the resort. The price-quality ratio is optimal! There are rooms with good views and a kitchen.

We chose the hotel because of the proximity to the beach, really 150 steps to the nearest beach (crushed pebbles, almost like sand, near boats and boats). Since it was sometimes crowded and dirty there, the beach is narrow, we went to the beach in Kamenovo, large pebbles, clear water, small fish swim nearby.

Since it was sometimes crowded and dirty there, the beach is narrow, we went to the beach in Kamenovo, large pebbles, clear water, small fish swim nearby. Walk 10-15 minutes along a beautiful road along the sea and rocks, well, a tunnel in the rock. We were met by a transfer at the airport and taken to the hotels, near Rafailovici we were met by a receptionist and taken to the hotel, we arrived before 14:00, but were settled in 20 minutes, as soon as the cleaning was completed.
The hotel is on a slope, but the climb is not steep, it is not difficult to walk. There are 2 shops nearby, many cafes and restaurants on the waterfront, there is a bakery by the road. Shops are closed on Sundays and holidays, but bakeries and restaurants have always been open. The tour was taken without meals, as we planned to go on excursions and would skip breakfast, lunch and dinner. The room was on the 3rd floor (in Montenegrin on the 2nd floor), small, double bed, table, chair, bedside table, TV, air conditioning, wardrobe, shower, toilet, hairdryer and a small balcony overlooking the neighboring hotel and mountain, on which only a chair was placed, but it was possible to dry clothes, towels and bedding.
Wifi worked in the room. Bed linen was changed once in 7 days. There was a chest of drawers with clean towels in the corridor, so sometimes they took themselves. On the ground floor, near the reception, there is something like a kitchenette: a sink, dishes, an electric kettle, a microwave oven, a large refrigerator, and a stove. Fans of long walks can walk to St. Stephen through the parks and sometimes along the road, relax on a very beautiful royal beach right next to the fortress and picturesque rocks, and you can also walk the other way from the hotel along the embankment through Becici to Budva, finding a tunnel near the Iberostar hotel .
I liked the rest and the hotel as a whole, too, for the location and reasonable price.

It seems that they settled in not badly (almost a day they were on the road and just wanted to lie down and take a nap for at least an hour). The staff is responsive, but not familiar with other languages (I had to communicate with gestures). The owner is greedy (if the linen is changed, then only with a scandal, shampoo and soap were issued upon check-in and were no longer added).

There are 3 beaches nearby (we went to the pebbly (to the tunnel) it is cleaner and there are fewer people). Meals at the hotel located after 25-40 m. The menu is monotonous, the food is normal. The rooms have tiles therefore clean (but if you didn’t leave before cleaning, they just don’t clean it). The host is R-tours (we saw the guide only on day 4), We often go abroad, but this hotel (or guest house) is the worst of all where we were

Hotel "Muduza" in Rafailovici was new, clean, tastefully decorated, well cleaned, with pleasant staff. An excellent assessment prevents me from putting one incident that spoiled all the positive impression. Upon arrival, as always lately, we set up our flag on the balcony overlooking the street. Not even a flag, but like that, a flag, a machine version.

An excellent assessment prevents me from putting one incident that spoiled all the positive impression. Upon arrival, as always lately, we set up our flag on the balcony overlooking the street. Not even a flag, but like that, a flag, a machine version. And he hung with us safely for 5 days. And on the sixth day, returning from the beach, we did not see him on the balcony, but found him in our room on the table. The rope is completely gone. None of the hotel staff commented on this incident. And the representative of the operator, in response to my question, said that in Montenegro it is forbidden to hang flags on private houses. Even their own country (an absolute lie). But I could not answer why the flag hung safely for 5 days and why it was removed in this way, in our absence in the room, and not just asked us to do it. By the way: just this coincided with the date of arrival of Russian tourists. My questions remained unanswered. So I'm putting them down in writing. But never received an answer.
Free Wi-Fi near the reception. Part of the rooms with kitchens, which allows, on the one hand, to save on food, and on the other hand, not to become attached to public catering, which, to put it mildly, leaves much to be desired in Montenegro. At the reception, you can boil water for tea or coffee for guests of those rooms that do not have a kitchen.
The room is very small. There is simply nowhere to hide suitcases. But fantastically beautiful ever-changing views from the balcony. Unfortunately, the photo cannot convey even half of the richness of colors and light that opens from the balcony of the room, changing every minute.

Wi-Fi only in the reception area. The balconies in the rooms are different in size, the views from the window too. Someone "looks" at the sea, and someone at the balconies of a neighboring villa. There is a bar for guests at Meduza, however, breakfasts for guests are organized at the restaurant "Porat" in the neighboring villa "Bello Porto" (on the way to the beach).
I wish you all a pleasant holiday!

We rested in July 2013. Everything that is written on the official. The villa's website is a complete scam. If you evaluate by star rating, then no more than 2. Breakfast, the so-called buffet, in another villa, the choice is very poor, the staff is not friendly, you can find the chef's hair in the breakfast, so look carefully.

Breakfast, the so-called buffet, in another villa, the choice is very poor, the staff is not friendly, you can find the chef's hair in the breakfast, so look carefully. The standard double room with french bed and balcony sucks, the balcony is so big that even the door didn't open all the way. The bedding has not been changed for eight days, the maid does not understand what they want from her, there is no hair dryer in the room, the Internet is the same, although there is wi-fi, but only in the lobby of the villa, where there are tables, but there is no elementary cafe. There is no iron in the villa, so take things in this way. In principle, there is a municipal beach nearby, whose employees regularly collect money for 10 euros for 2 sunbeds and an umbrella, but they do not bother to remove garbage from the beach. There are a lot of cafes and restaurants along the coast for every taste and budget... When choosing Medusa, think carefully, for the same money or less you can find a much more decent villa with quite adequate and friendly hosts... .

The tour was taken from Ascent Travel. There are no complaints about him, a meeting-transfer, excursions, everything is very good. now for the hotel: a 2-star villa (but tour operators give it as 4, although ** is clearly drawn at the entrance to the villa) is located in Rafailovici. )) everything is modest, in yellow tones, but clean enough, there are pictures on the walls.

It is located really very close to the sea, but on the nearest beach (there are smaller pebbles) there are always a lot of people, so we went to the beach "Kamenovo" (there are larger pebbles, but it will not be difficult to find a place under the sun). So, check-in was almost at check-in time. At the reception, the aunt does not speak English or Russian. But it’s not scary because you only communicate with her for about 2 minutes. She will explain in sign language and visual illustrations that the safe costs 20 euros for the whole stay (well, the safe in your room is built into the wall, you pay for the instructions for it ) and give you the keys to the room. Sea view, unfortunately, is only on the 4th floor. (there is no elevator, but it was not a problem for us specifically) We were traveling together, but when we took the tour, there were no free rooms in the hotel, except for "three rubles". As a result, we overpaid a little for him, and did not regret it. This is the best room in the entire villa, because the balcony is large enough to face the sea, and the view is not blocked by neighboring buildings. Only two neighboring rooms in the villa can boast the same advantage. The rest, alas, no)) In the room: air conditioning, TV (a lot of channels, including Russian ones), refrigerator, wardrobe, table, etc. (there is also a table with chairs on the balcony) We rested for 10 days, of which they did not clean only one, (but even on that day they took away the garbage). Attempts to leave a tip on the bedside table many times remained in vain. . . do not take (or left a little)))) In general, the staff is friendly and welcoming. Photos from the hotel website are true. (there are just pictures of the room in which we lived) We didn’t take breakfast, we can’t say anything about them. For additional You can use the kitchen and washing machine for a fee. Check-out: check-out at the villas at 10am, but for 20 euros you can stay there until your transfer to the airport (which can be at 6pm =)
