I was in the hotel with a child in July 2017. Hotel on the first line. The room is almost in the attic, tiny. But, in addition to the double bed, there was also a chair-bed (probably for families with a child). I can’t imagine how it is possible to accommodate 3 people in such a room! But the most remarkable thing about this room was the bathroom. Attention! If your parameters are different from 90-60-90, then you will not be able to take a shower. A narrow gap 60 cm wide, according to the plans of the organizers, should be a place for taking a shower. And a terrible sewer smell in the room. Room cleaning was daily, but it consisted only in changing towels. For two weeks of stay, the maid did not manage to wipe the shelf in the bathroom and sweep the sand from the corners of the room. The owners of the hotel save a lot on shelves for shampoos and soaps, on hooks for clothes, on clotheslines for drying clothes, on sockets and their repair. Of course, the hotel has only 3 stars. But all of the above does not cost a lot of money and a lot of work. The hotel is located next to the beach, in a place where there are many other hotels, apartments, bars and restaurants. Very noisy until midnight. Musical cacophony does not allow people to fall asleep even with the strongest nerves. Montenegro strikes with the beauties of nature, the friendliness of the local population, but you need to choose a different hotel.

We rested in Montenegro from 09/04/14 to 09/14/14. Booked hotel "Obala 3". Standart room. I have never seen a more terrible room even in resorts during the Soviet Union. Very small, the head of the bed is next to the door to the toilet, the closet is open-door, there is not a single bedside table. There is nowhere to put things.

We rested in Montenegro from 09/04/14 to 09/14/14. Booked hotel "Obala 3". Standart room. I have never seen a more terrible room even in resorts during the Soviet Union. Very small, the head of the bed is next to the door to the toilet, the closet is open-door, there is not a single bedside table. There is nowhere to put things. And there is nothing to say about comfort. But the most "impressive" thing is that the sewer pipes run along the ceiling in a box without any sound insulation, i. e. as soon as they start using water on the top floor (shower, toilet), it seems that you are sitting with your ear pressed against the drainpipe. This is the first time we have encountered such a "miracle". We were also unlucky with the weather. It rained every day. Therefore, in the room had to spend a lot of time. It is a pity that the rest was spent in anticipation of the return flight.

Time of stay from July 5-22.2014. We rested (me, husband, 2 children aged 7 and 8) in the Fontana apartments (which belong to Obala). We went to Montenegro for the first time, it was scary, but the impressions of the country, the sea, people and living are just wonderful! The place is wonderful: the beach is within easy reach, the sea is clean, towels are changed every day, linen is changed every three days, cleaning is done every day, we took a room without food.

You can eat at every step, the portion is huge, the price is ridiculous. I liked everything very much, I, too, after reading the reviews, was worried, but when I arrived there I realized that some people need the sun and the sea, and others - ??? . Everything is very decent in the apartments, they respond to requests immediately, they tell everyone, they suggest, they are very friendly. There were no problems with the transfer, as they took care of it in advance. Go, you will not regret it, get a lot of positive impressions and enjoy your vacation!

It was located on the 5th floor under a roof that was heated by the sun, and therefore it was stuffy in the room, the air conditioner was in the kitchen, not in the room (and why did we have to sleep in the kitchen? ).

The closet door was broken, plus there was a cup with broken edges. The walls are dirty, the window is skewed, though they made it for us later. And about the bathroom, it’s a completely different story: the shower is small, not fenced by anything except a curtain, when you wash, water gets on the floor, so you had to wash in flip flops to get up not on damp, there were no towel hangers, the taps were dirty + the cleaning lady was lazy. After 2 days we changed the room, it was not much better, but still. From the hotel to the sea it was about 5 minutes walk down the mountain and back up the mountain. The food is not very good at the hotel. In general, I want to say that it spoiled our vacation very much. . But in general, the sea there is wonderful, Montenegrins are friendly and very beautiful views.

Check-out at 10.00 (it is impossible to extend even for money), which was critical for us, because our plane took off only at 18.00. , painted walls, old furniture, etc. ). True, as it turned out later - in Montenegro it can be worse. At least we had air conditioning and a shower (Soviet era), towels were changed every day (albeit for 1 euro). The sheets were not changed. The hair dryer had to be “knocked out” with a scandal, but I don’t even want to remember about the promised view (the sea and the park) from the window. Our ticket for 50 thousand included only breakfast, which of course "rests" compared to breakfasts in Turkey, Tunisia and Cyprus (but again, we were lucky, it happens worse). By the way, I had to buy coffee (2 euros - 2 coffees), because. the coffee displayed for everyone is diluted, it smells of rust and a film from an unwashed vat floats on top. At the small table (a la buffet) in the restaurant for breakfast there were so many people crowded that it was even humiliating and unpleasant (well, not pushing others)! We must pay tribute to the table was cheese, ham, sausage, honey, butter, eggs, cereal, watermelon and melon every morning, that is, what you could find for breakfast. The location of the hotel and resort itself is very good. Not far from Budva, and next to Kamenovo: quiet, but not far from the entertainment center. The result is that Montenegro is very beautiful, but the service leaves much to be desired!! !

At lunch and in the evening, the same dishes: mashed soup, pork with potatoes, fish and chips, etc. all the time fresh cabbage salad with vinegar. I liked Montenegro very much, the hotel is not, it reminded me of a Soviet hostel in the distant Siberian youth

We also fell for the photo, but what we got was not at all what we expected! So the Obala hotel was not bad at first, they cleaned every day and changed the bedding and towels. And then we were alone in the hotel (it was already quite the end of the season : )) and it was interesting to watch how they stopped changing the bedding, sometimes they forgot to wash the floors, but they really regularly threw out the garbage and just threw towels : )))) left pieces of 10 per room!! ! Then they turned off the elevator, it seemed to be faulty, but they tried to fix it only once, apparently considering that it would be better for our health : )))))) but everything was not bad, the breakfast was not bad, but monotonous, the beach was good, the stones were only met in some places , and so everything is fine, including service! so being in a travel agency, keep in mind that the picture is not true; )). . . P. S. . yes, and when you leave the hotel, invite the administrator or contact the agent in advance, and discuss the conditions of departure who and where will pick you up, but they somehow missed this moment, relied on the first meeting with the agent ((((and it turned out like this that at the appointed time the administrator was not in place instead of him a TAXI was called by a cleaning lady !! ! yes, yes, a taxi, for which, by the way, we had to pay !!! ! so please clarify this point !! ! ))
