Looks like a nice villa. Usually Montenegrins do not lie when posting photos. We were in Rafailovichi, walking from Budva to Kamenevo. I think the road to the beach should not bother you. In Montenegro, on the coast, all villas are relatively close to the sea. This is not Crimea, it is pleasant to walk in this country. We lived 10 minutes walk to the beach, and we had to cross the road. And even then the beach, which was the closest, we did not like and we went to others further away. As I already said, it's nice to walk around Montenegro)))) And Rafailovici is a very nice city. And close to Kamenev, and even there the beaches are excellent, and Sveti Stefan is closer than from Budva.
