We went for the first time with a tour operator, because. it was somehow scary on our own, but we realized that we could go on our own. If you have a mastercard, it's not a problem at all! You can book a room in a hotel or villa, buy plane tickets and fly safely, and getting there is not a problem - everything is very close. In August 2009, my husband and I were in Montenegro, a trip with a tour operator cost us 700 euros and we took 1000 euros for small expenses, most of which we brought home. At the same time, we lived in a 4 * hotel with breakfast and did not deny ourselves excursions and trips to cafes. Next time we decided to go "savage" :)
