From Moscow, a round trip flight with a transfer in Belgrade for one 10,000 rubles (165-170 dollars). Isn't it cheaper to get from Ukraine by car?

As far as I studied (but did not fly) Serbian airlines have the cheapest fares to Tivat. I read reviews that Ukrainians went there by car, maybe gasoline is inexpensive in Serbia, due to this you can save money?

Perhaps, but I met several reports where Ukrainians traveled by car. On my own, I’ll say that from Nizhny we went to the Crimea, through Dnepropetrovsk, 1,800 km one way. Taking into account that gasoline is more expensive in Ukraine, it still turned out to be cheaper, we dashed off 500 km across the Crimea. A family of 3 traveled. But the exchange rate of the ruble and the price of gasoline have changed, you need to consider everything at the moment.
