Only charters fly to Montenegro from Ukraine, seats are usually bought out by operators. You can try to catch unsold tickets from them, but for August it will be problematic and without guarantees.

August is the peak season. You can only fish there at the very end of August and back in September, and then, not a fact. And you need to catch separately, separately in both directions. But this year the matter has become more complicated because now only Tivat, if you are in Montenegro. Croatian Dubrovnik fell away due to the introduction of Croatian visas. Moreover, for those who travel to Croatia, Tivat is still suitable, therefore, I think that this year it will be difficult to catch an air ticket to the Czech Republic for August. You can watch Belgrade, but then there are electric trains to Podgorica, it seems. Then the bus to the sea. Somewhere there was a sign a / p Tivat, there were some charters from other countries too. By car in the Czech Republic is more expensive than by plane, if transit countries are not interested, accommodation, meals on the way, gasoline, visas ... In addition, the meaning of traveling to the Czech Republic by car is lost for me also because I have to drive almost the whole of Croatia to get to the Czech Republic. The question is why, if Croatia is closer and more beautiful?
It’s cheaper to buy any of the most budgetary tours in TA and find accommodation on your own if you don’t like what is offered))) At least people did this before, it’s just that standard weekly tours were only 30 euros more expensive than offered by air separately. And one more thing, CG is not Egypt and not Turkey, there is no system of hotel reservations. There are ordinary villas (in our opinion, the private sector), in a city or village, and you will not differ much from a package, even if you go yourself. You will ride everywhere yourself, what is that travel agency for you?

If you are ready to receive Schengen for the sake of visiting the Czech Republic, then perhaps you just need to fly to Croatia, and from there to the Czech Republic for a day or two? Croatia on visas from this year

My husband and I faced the same problem. At first, we looked at charters (the cost is about 420 euros per person), but there the dates of departure and arrival were not very suitable for us. Therefore, in the end, we bought UIA for $350 per person.

Honestly, I don’t know ... I didn’t look at the prices for the flight. The whole tour cost them 460 Euro - 4 flights, 2 days in Istanbul, 5 days in Budva. Very humane, in my opinion.

I flew from 6 to 10 June in the ChG with HORSE. I took a football bag in MIST TOUR. Everything cost 370 euros. IMHO inexpensive
