I was in Budva from June 2-9 this year. The country is amazingly beautiful! The air is pure mountain. The people are friendly and welcoming. But, July and August, I would not recommend. As elsewhere, you will not find peace at this time. The beginning of June or September-October is best. There are many excursions. There is something to see. Simply breathtaking from such beauty. THIS IS A MUST SEE! It is better to live in a villa. Have a nice holiday.

You can rest easy anywhere! However, Montenegro is not the best option for this for many reasons (many people, noisy cities, few good natural beaches, etc.), better go to Albania, where you can relax on huge beaches with natural food and low prices.
