1) Quiet, green, but in the evening you can walk and eat.
2) Warm and clear sea. This is important for us, it is very uncomfortable for mom to swim below 24 degrees.
3) Villa - good 3 stars very close to the sea. Balcony/terrace highly desirable.

The area is better than the Bar resort (there is a quiet and long green promenade). In Sutomore and Budva there are mostly discos.

Of the places you can advise Przno and Milocer - calmly, there are quite a few young people, mostly older people, there are restaurants and shops. The beaches and the sea are clean, the water was colder than 26 degrees. I rested at Villa Sarah (rooms without kitchens, but you can order breakfast from the hostess - there is a terrace with a beautiful view where you can have breakfast). To the sea 10-15 min. walk (depending on the beach).

By the way, in September in Budva it is quite quiet and calm. All young people are leaving. We rested at the VUMARK villa. Very good and cozy. The food is excellent. The sea is not far away. There is something to see in Budva.

You can go closer to the border with Albania, for example, to Ulcinj - you can’t imagine a quieter place.

I advise Herceg Novi-hotel Perla (4 ****) or Villa Savina. Very quiet, no noise at all. Beach 10m, restaurant in the hotel. Embankment-5km. Vacationers are mostly elderly from Western Europe. .Very warm and very beautiful scenery.

I advise you apartments in Ulcinj or in Bar - a garden, a kitchen unit, even a dishwasher, a huge terrace entwined with grapes. Meals - a restaurant 100 meters away, 10 minutes to the sea, the finest sand. If you want, I will give the address of the agency or the owners. They can be met at the airport.
