Almost every villa has the inscription "Sobe" or "Apartments". The prices are really 10-15 euros. Where to eat.
Minibuses and buses run from Tivat (the nearest airport) to Budva (quite often).

I was in Budva last year. Prices are much lower than in the Crimea! I lived at Villa Vumark with 2 meals a day, almost in the center. 10 days with travel, accommodation and meals cost 360 euros. Be sure to bring rubber slippers! On the beaches you can step on sea urchins!!!
