traveled to Bulgaria from Kyiv with "Alf". The bus is old, not very comfortable .. the leader of the group, if you can call him that, is a nice guy, but he couldn’t cope with his duties - he didn’t know where to stop, didn’t know where to stop along the way (still, if you are carrying a group, you should ask route!) had a terrible selection of videos ... Perhaps, we would hardly have received as much information as from Alpha employees about Montenegro from others! My wife and I ordered a tour to Montenegro after the wedding, from 16.08.14-23-08.14 from the operator Alf. When choosing a villa, the manager Valya told how lucky we were that we chose with. The next day we went to have breakfast at the Porat restaurant, when we saw the menu, we were shocked. The menu included eggs, cheap sausage, porridge or pancakes. The food there is not very tasty. The representative of R-TOURS, Anche, before leaving, decided to post the information at 10 am and demanded an additional payment of 20 euros. Unfortunately, our company is unable to influence the fact that other vacationers dry their clothes on their balconies. I also want to note that in other countries there may not be Russian-speaking staff in the villas. To do this, there are Russian-speaking hotel guides, with whom you can agree on all the issues that concern you at the info-meetings.
A corkscrew and cups are not a mandatory attribute of a standard room and they were not stated in the description of this room http://alf-ua.com/country/chernogoria/bechichi-rafailovichi/garni-hotel-meduza/ The restaurant simply could not give a corkscrew, because they need it all the time to work. If you brought your wine to the bar and asked to open it, believe me, everyone would understand and help you.

Regarding breakfast - breakfast in Montenegro is continental and the same in all hotels. I'm genuinely curious - What do you have for breakfast at home?? I would like to note that the Porat restaurant is one of the best restaurants on the coast.

Since you were not in the room, you just went to the sea, and the room had to be cleaned and prepared for the next vacationers - the hotel staff had to transfer your things to another room.

I do not recommend this company to anyone. I went to Bulgaria with their help. If I went on foot I would have more fun. Old bus. Everything that can be broken is broken. The leader of the group was a certain Irina, God bless her, and retire soon so that she would not have time to offend anyone else. The air conditioning in the bus was turned off. The bus is double-decker, on the other floor you can suffocate. I had a baby. This so-called leader of the group approached all the passengers and said: "Hopefully, because of this guy your trip was uncomfortable? " I had a desire to kill her, forgive me Lord. Two passengers did not make it to the bus due to an unscrupulous tour operator. The passengers barely persuaded to wait. Doomed to any petty request. Asked to reduce the sound of the TV, she was hysterical. At the customs, after the control, the passenger was called to hand out her passports, she could not stand this Irina.
I personally booked 4 tickets, the fourth passenger did not go with us

We went from Alf to Montenegro, Sutomore, hotel Sato 4 *.
They let us off the bus with our suitcases on the highway and the accompanying person waved his hand into the distance - your hotel can be seen from afar. go don't get lost. When asked why the bus did not approach the hotel, they answered that the bus was large, the street was narrow .. and we dragged ourselves with things, not close enough and uncomfortable. Although then we watched all the time how buses of tourists from other countries brought groups to the hotel perfectly.
Hotel. We were two friends and we requested separate beds in the application. Upon arrival, we were told that they could not provide two beds - there is a tiny single room in which they can stick something small and folding. We refused to settle. No one cares about your problems, we were promised a hotel guide only the next day. With a scandal, but we knocked out a standard with two separate beds. As it turned out later, the hotel at that time was half empty. The food is excellent and the location is good.
Well .. as you understand, back we again dragged ourselves with suitcases to the track, where the bus picked us up. It is dumb to be in a foreign country, where the responsibility of guides is reduced to zero.

I went with them to Bulgaria last year. So far, no money has been returned for one unused bus ticket. Almost all employees of the carrier, as it were, delicately say in one word are not decent, but in fact fraudsters. Planned to go to Bulgaria with three children, one child fell ill before leaving, went with two children, then on the way back they put in our place "left " passenger, then I and my children he all the way "interfered " at the window sit down. If it is possible to choose another tour operator, choose another.

I do not recommend! The buses are old, not comfortable, and we came across an accompanying boorish woman (Ira). True, we went to Bulgaria this year (2016). There is something to compare, as there are different buses in the queue at customs. With us, even for money, you can’t even get boiling water ... while other buses offer tea and coffee to passengers for free. We made stops very rarely and were not even informed why we were standing for 4 hours in a closed bus. The TV does not turn on, the toilet does not work. What is there to talk about when the answer to the question after how long the stop is in an unpleasant tone: "WHY WOULD YOU WANT" and a FACE! The woman asked to charge the phone, but the phone was put down and not charged ... In an orderly tone and with disrespect, she addressed the passengers. Fu, disgusting. Service 0! Comfort 0! All passengers were not happy. This is not just my subjective opinion.

My wife and I bought a package tour to Bulgaria (Nessebar) for 5 nights. The main condition was the location of the hotel directly overlooking the sea. The choice fell on Villa Yana. located on the beach and all rooms with sea views. The tour cost 269 euros and, unfortunately, our tour operator turned out to be ALF. Even during the verification process, problems began. ALF confronted us with the fact that on the way back there were only paid seats left on the bus and we would have to pay another 10 euros. We bought a package tour, what the hell extra charge?? In principle, they did not agree to an additional payment and decided to cancel the tour for the selected dates and choose others. But here, "oh, a miracle!", Seats immediately appeared on the bus without surcharges!
The main problems began upon arrival in Bulgaria. The tour operator ALF simply "divorced" us, indicating that we had booked Villa Yana, in fact the hotel turned out to be "Dolphin" near a noisy road and a room overlooking the courtyard! It's just some kind of fierce star!

And as it turned out for the fabulous Albania, this city is not at all what they dreamed about and saw in the pictures.
