Absolutely agree with the above. I took a villa with 2 meals a day. I will say that the food is pretty decent. It is very convenient to get up and not think about what to have breakfast! Come in the evening from the beach or excursions and have dinner, and then come in the evening to a restaurant and have a nice time. I advise cafes in Old Budva. It feels like you're in the Middle Ages. Have a nice holiday!
